This mod allows you to place hood deco over streets, and from there it’s just a matter of placing the right deco for the right look. There’s tons of beautiful hood deco objects shared all across the web and I don’t know what you’re looking for specifically, but some good places to start are Criquette-was-here’s Tumblr (and their old MTS profile!), Greatcheesecakepersona, Lowedeus, Driftsatellite, Limonaire, Leoz94, Ousmeo (files kindly reuploaded by Dulcinean-alien!), iCad, Deedee-sims, Doowydoog, Earlypleasantview, Voeille at MTS (and many others I’m likely forgetting to list!)
