Flowers. The main theme of spring. This song almost made me cry.
Okay.
I’ll admit I have never really heard of Code Kunst. I saw he released a new album and got curious since the track title, "Flowers" or "꽃," features top stars Jay Park and Giriboi.
His album isn't only beautiful--talking about life, people's feelings and daily life situations (hence the title PEOPLE)--but it features many big celebrities such as Baek YeRin, Lee Hi, C-Jam, Colde, Car The Garden, Gaeko, Simon Dominic and GRAY. All artists I love.
Songs that feature Lee Hi and Baek Yerin, "O" and 'Knock" respectively, are basically their songs just produced by Code Kunst and I couldn't be more in love with them.
"Let U In" feat Colde and DeVita; "Dirt in My Hear" feat CAR, THE GARDEN; and F(ucked up) feat Gaeko and GRAY are also such great songs.
Going back to the title track "Flowers," it compares human life to that of a beautiful, fragile flower.
We use flowers for every occasion. To celebrate the addition of a family member. To congratulate someone's achievements. To ask for forgiveness. To express condolences upon someone's death. Flowers are the most versatile thing in the world, and human life is more like a flower than we realize.
That's what this song expresses.
What's your favourite flower?
