A lot of you have asked for more details on how the Creative Quests work as a part of The Giving Back Tour in Indianapolis on September 21-23, 2018 at the beautiful Indianapolis Marriott Downtown, and in Cleveland, October 12-14, 2018 at the fantasticSMG/Cleveland Convention Center, so we are here to help!

Please Note: in both cities, the rules are the same, but the theme is different.

In Indianapolis, the Creative Quest theme will be "CARS" because it’s Indianapolis, folks, home of the Indy 500!

In Cleveland, the Creative Quest will be "ROCK & ROLL" because we all know Cleveland ROCKS as the home of the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame!

Creative Quest

Harness your creativity and join us on the Creative Quest! The Quest will challenge you to tap into your inner artist and create something amazing. With a SUPERNATURAL twist, of course!

With the theme in mind, you can create a piece/work of art such as -- paint, watercolor, pencil, ink, mixed media, 2D or 3D, sculpture, textural (costumes), photography prints, prose, poetry, music recorded (original music ONLY) or any other artistic expression.

Unfortunately, no video, live performances or conceptual arts are allowed.

You can work alone or as a team to create your pieces, and they will be judged at the show.

There will be one winner selected for each category of piece/work of art submitted, and one randomly selected participant will win an outrageous GRAND prize, to be announced!

Here's how to submit your work:

Submit photos of your work, along with a name and description of the piece, via email at [email protected] no later than 30 days prior to the convention.

NO onsite submissions will be accepted.

You are responsible for bringing your work with you to the event, and we are not responsible if entries are lost or damaged.

Artwork will be judged at the event.

Pieces MUST NOT be larger than 4’x4’x4’.

Your work is NOT guaranteed to be displayed.

If, however, your artwork is chosen to be on display, it needs to be in a presentable format, i.e. framed, matted, etc.

NO video, live performances or conceptual arts are allowed.

One winner chosen per category.

One GRAND PRIZE winner will be chosen.

We reserve the right to deny any entries deemed inappropriate.

Creation has the right to display or post photos of your work on our website, social media channels or printed materials at any time.

Please note which show you are submitting your art for.
