The archive I work in IRL has automatic lights that turn off to save power if nothing's moving for long enough to save power.

Occasionally I'll be listening to TMA while I work on the computer and not making a whole lot of movement and the lights just shut off and it's a jumpscare every time. There's no windows so it's just pitch black except for the computer screen and in those moments I feel like I'm going to experience The Horrors

varioriented culture is really struggling to differentiate between various types of attraction especially where they tend to overlap (things like quality time, holding hands, cuddling, liking someone's appearance, etc.)... maybe even feeling multiple attraction types at once for any given person??

I had a dream the other night of contacting Batman to help escape and hide from the Reverse Harem GL’s, and Batman ON SIGHT said “Well, this makes things easier” and IMMEDIATELY stowed me away in the batcave to keep as his own little darling. Can you IMAGINE how feral the GL’s would get, how absolutely BANANAS Hal Jordan would go cause he KNOWS Batsy he KNOWS how “lame” and “weird” Batman is!! I am SO jealous that you have dreams like that, I want dreams where yanderes fight over me smh but! Listen Batman being a yandere for reader the entire time actually fits in so well—

So to set a scene, Batman’s been stalking reader for a few months (or years) and then suddenly they start attracting all these green lantern yanderes. Most yanderes would be insanely jealous or losing it over their darling in this situation but it’s Batman, and he sees it as an opening rather than a closing.

He knows this behavior is scary, how people usually react. And he knows the reader quite well at this point so he knows how they’ll react. It’s the perfect opportunity to save them. He’s thinking something along the lines of “with all the chaos, all the back and forth, they’ll be happy to have one yandere protecting them.” Of course, it helps that Bruce Wayne is considered very attractive and that he’s a billionaire. If Bruce Wayne isn’t their type, then Batman is always there too.

He sees it as a win either way, there’s a low possibility that reader will reject help from THE Batman. Hell, they probably won’t even think about him possibly being yandere. I mean, it’s Batman. Who in their right mind thinks Batman and then thinks romance? Maybe obsession comes to mind but? Again it’s BATMAN.

He’ll worm his way into being their savior, and with the competition? Pff he barely sees them as rivals, they’re just tools to push reader towards him.

OMGNESS I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE YOUR COMICS!!!! YOU ARE AN AMAZING AND TALENTED PERSON/ARTIST/HUMAN!!!!! On a side note to that, I've been wanting to create my own comics for a while. You seem like you'd be very knowledgable cuz you produce such amazing art, would you be comfortable answering questions about like if you do it all digital, if you use photoshop or paint or something else, and what dimensions you typically use for a comic? If you don't wanna answer, it's np,just know you're awesome:)

Aaah hey thanks!! THis is great to read and see thank you so much for the support. As for the questions, I’ve probably answered them somewhere but I use Paint Tool SAI and sometimes just traditional old pencil and paper. I used to do a lot of comics for a Gravity Falls monster au that were all hand drawn that I simply shaded in SAI after scanning them in. Now I do all of my thumbnails, linearts, and final work in SAI. Once in a blue moon I’ll move something to Photoshop and work there, but I dont do any drawing in that program. It’s really better for editing. My dimensions are currently 2000x3000 but that’s only because they work well with tumblr; not really the best for print but I could still make it work down the line if I needed to. Comics, especially comics for the web, come in all sorts of sizes, but I tend to tell people to check actual A3/A4 page sizes, which are the ones used most often in print with comics. Hope that answers your questions, anon! I’m trying my best to power through some commissions and this comic, so it’s all one step at a time. I thank you for your patience in waiting! <3
