Meet the Clans - GlacierClan

Territory

Mountain region. Rocky cliffsides and snowy peaks. One of the mountains is a dormant volcano. Numerous small streams come together to form the Summit River. There are few trees and what does manage to grow are small and twisted. The are is riddled with caves, one of the few hospitable places in the area.

Camps

Crystal cave – a cave with giant crystals. A few trickles of water form a small stream through the middle of camp and out the cave mouth entrance, eventually forming the Summit River. This camp is used in Newleaf and Greenleaf.

Cliffside camp - A series of small caves perched on a cliffside. Due to the cliffside and the Summit River on it's west, the camp has only one entrance at the north of the camp, making it extremely difficult for other clans to access. This camp is used in Leaf-fall and Leaf-bare.

Landmarks

Starcave- A cave near the border of HollowClan. The cave is home to a large pool of water and a strange biolumiscent fungus that grow on the ceiling and resemble stars. Medicine cats go here to speak to their Ancestors and leaders go here to receive their nine lives.

Falling Waters - A large waterfall on the Summit River. Cats will often visit and tell secrets there, as the roar of the water makes it hard to eavesdrop.

Abandoned Twoleg Place - An abandoned cabin in surprising good condition. Has a small but unkept garden that often provides useful herbs. Apprentices will often sneak out to the cabin to play games.

Twoleg Emerald Mine - A emerald mine, long since abandoned. Parents will often tell their kits stories about how a monster lives in the cave to warn them away. Sometimes brave apprentices venture inside, usually as a result of a dare. Was long called a cave until a loner told them the proper name.

Weather

Cold and cloudy in Newleaf, warm in Greenleaf, cool and sunny in Leaf-fall, and freezing and snowy in Leafbare.

Government

GlacierClan's deputies are nominated by the clan leader and voted on by the clan (kits and apprentices excluded). The nominated warrior must receive half of the clans votes to officially become deputy. If no candidate has reached the minimum after three cats have been nominated, then then candidate with the most votes wins.

Weasels, hawks, eagles, pikas, hares, and marmots

Coyotes, black bears, lynx, foxes, wolves (occasionally)

Holidays

Trials of Wolf's Cry - Held after the first snowfall of the year. Celebrates a mythical ancient warrior named Wolf's Cry who completed set of trials to save GlacierClan. Cat's may reinact these trials in order to gain honor. A large feast is also held before the clan migrates to their cliffside camp.

This was a pain in the ass lol. The only character in this that belongs to me is Stormstar, the kitty in the background. Everyone else belongs to assorted IRLs, who will remain anonymous.
