Comments: 8/10 I haven't found many fics that are Ancient Greek aus. I enjoyed this one. Cas and Dean go from strangers to lovers. And Dean ends up buying Cas’s freedom. It’s rather sweet. Little bit of smut, little bit of fluff.

Historical A/B/O where Gladiator Dean is bought straight from the ring and installed as a new slave in Crowley's household. Crowley is an ambitious merchant who's begun to use his wealth to influence the old families of Roman. Although he cannot hold political power himself, he has half the senate in his pocket. 

Crowley has a beautiful omega ward, Castiel, who's coming up to marriageable age. He buys Dean to use as a bodyguard, hoping that Dean's ferocity will scare off any undesirable suitors and keep Castiel pure. Crowley has plans to marry Castiel off to an old, powerful family and establish himself that way.  

Dean is an Alpha but Crowley views him only as a slave. He's happy to leave Dean and Castiel alone together for long periods of time. When Castiel goes into his first heat, Dean is the one who's there with him and their unspoken passion becomes too much to resist.

I have a lot of serious thoughts about high-class Roman!Cas visiting star gladiator!Dean and paying Dean's trainer to look the other way for an hour or so.

There's no where Cas loves being more than pinned underneath Dean.
