RQOTD: What games did your character like to play as a child? Do they still like those games now?

Thank you Sam! I’m going to cover several sims from my different saves/stories:

As a child, Figgy was dragged into a lot of games from don’t wake the llama to chess to video games like Mario Party and Super Smash Brothers. Now that he’s grown up, he doesn’t play a lot of games anymore, although he’s always up for a game of Mario Party/Smash Brothers when he’s hanging out with friends.

Jin grew up playing a ton of video games including Pokemon, Zelda and Mario. (Her parents got her pretty much anything she wanted, possibly because they felt guilty over their messy divorce.) As an adult, she still plays all of those games and more, often streaming them for her fans.

And finally, as a child Ori loved to play make believe games with her friends, often with her being a knight or a hero. However since then, real life has both fulfilled her fantasies and crushed them - so she really doesn’t have time or the need for make believe anymore.

Ooooh yes! Ambrosia is an interesting one! Thank you Sam :D

Pros

Hot vampire lady who is always put together and looking her best. Will use her connections to take you on dates to fancy places and parties. Is very smart and is always good at helping you come up with solutions to any of your problems.

Cons

Actually dating Ambrosia is going to take some work. She’s a very busy person and has important things to do - she doesn’t have time to think about romance. Also may not have too much time to spend with you. You’ll also have to work on her being open and honest since most of the time she’ll tell you what she thinks you want to hear instead of what she actually thinks.

41. What was the worst injury your oc ever suffered? Has it had any long lasting impact on them?

When he was younger, Rok broke his arm trying to sneak out of the house at night. It was his first broken bone (he’s not very graceful), but it was the one that took the longest to mend. It’s all healed now, although when it’s very cold out it sometimes gets stiff.

67. How many people does your oc prefer to be around? A crowd, a few friends, or all on their own?

Rok is a social guy. He’s happy with just a couple friends or an entire crowd - probably not so much being on his own. I think he’d get bored very quickly.

19. How do they influence the story?

Looking at the story as a whole, Ori is the one that begins it. She’s our first main character and we will first be introduced to Unseelie Court High and life as a teenager monster with her. (She’s very unfamiliar with both of those things.) She’s going to kick start the story for season 1 and be it’s main driving force. For the other seasons, her role will be more as a side character - until the end where everyone will have their moment.

36. How is their family life?

Ori’s an only child and was never super close with her parents. She got her calling as an angel when she was very young and had been devoting her time to that (until recently), so there wasn’t much time to spend with her own family. She hasn’t tried to contact her parents for awhile, and hasn’t heard from them either... Her parents were once proud of her.

Thank you again Sam! I also love talking about my Glimpse kids. For these I think I’ll pick my favorite ghost boy - Jyran!

11. Do they have a romantic interest?

There is someone he’s waiting on. He’s hoping they’ll come around, but isn’t entirely sure it’ll happen.

33. Do they have any special powers?

Jyran has a whole bunch of ghostly powers. He can make himself invisible, move through walls and other surfaces, possess both objects and humans. Also if he stores up enough energy, he can take on a more solid form - which he does often to play the piano.

77. How do they go about achieving their goals?

When he was alive, Jyran would always tackle problems head-on. Now that he’s dead though, he’s learned a lot of patience. For the big goal he’s currently working on, he’s waiting for the right opportunity to make his move.

RQOTD: How often does your character find themselves bored? How do they handle boredom?

Oooh this is a fun one! Thank you Sam! :D I'm going to purposely pick some easily bored characters:

With where her life is currently at (went to college for a year, hated it, is now taking a year off), Cotton is very restless. She gets bored easily and when she doesn’t have anything to do, she starts worrying about what’s next for her. So to distract herself, she bothers Figgy! He’s gotten very used to getting random messages from her asking what he’s up to.

The other character who’s very easily bored is Percy from Glimpse. She’s constantly on the search for something exciting. When nothing presents itself, she will often create the excitement by setting something on fire... She really likes fire.

With most of his Nooboo November edits, I wanted to show the type of childhood he would have loved to have/deserved to have. Today’s edit though is more of an accurate showing of what it was actually liked... :( There’s still one more cute one to enjoy though!
