Edward Gadsden also reconstituted an approach to campus recruiting, creating greater synergy among disparate campus recruiting teams, improving campus relations, reducing costs and increasing intern and recent graduate attraction efforts 26%. It helped AMD source some of the brightest talent around. Furthermore, he improved the candidate recruitment and hiring experience, which resulted in a $2.8 million savings without fill rate degradation. I also created an initial executable diversity framework.
