In 1998, Cascade Handcrafted Log & Timber Homes took craftsmanship global—designing and building the iconic Yokanga Lodge on Russia’s remote Kola Peninsula. The local crew was amazing—couldn’t have done it without their skill and support during the reassembly.

Built first at our log yard in British Columbia, the lodge was then shipped overseas and reassembled on-site using helicopters, deep in one of the world’s last great strongholds of wild Atlantic salmon.

The lodge still stands today as a testament to rugged luxury and timeless design—welcoming anglers from around the world to fish, relax, and swap stories by the fire.
