Surtr, Black Hole Demon!

Surtr is a celestial being from a chaotic dimension where the laws of physics themselves are malleable. Formed from a super-compressed ice giant, voi has the innate ability to alter gravitational fields around void. This power only works with certain physical principles in effect, however, so in most other places voi just ends up being comedically edgy.
