The San Francisco-based trio of Justin Oronos, Jeremie Ruest & Gray Tolhurst have quickly been turning in one of the finest discographies in the modern scene & this latest offering is further proof of this increasingly potent stability.
“Tied” finds TOPOGRAPHIES seamlessly mixing in the brooding gloom of gothically driven post_punk while adding some downright danceable textures as Tolhurst glides across rumbling low-ends, serrating six-strings & clouds of dream_poppin synth which is wonderfully captured in Shaun Durkan’s flawless production.
