         yeah he was kicked off the throne or whatever but, that doesn’t mean he gave up his motives when he was still high leader. and he’s about had it with the needless babbling back and forth, so sun gets up, slamming a couple lien on the table.

Crimson blood seeped between clenched fingers, tightened around hilt of azure blades. Neraine seethed through gritted teeth, stance tensed and head bowed as her breath caught in dry throat. She turned her face to the sky, a blue arching dome burning with piercing sunlight. Ash and dust dissipated from blackened husks, shadows taken flesh and blood felled by sword’s edge. Horrific beasts, brutal and cruel, without speech or reason they attacked blind, enraged, hungering. She felled the pack before she found respite, all under watchful eye of sudden audience. She didn’t pivot to face him but her shoulders washed of the vigors of the battle and her grip loosened. 

“Tell me,” she called, her voice echoed off forest trees and returned to her hoarse. “Are those things common around here?”
