How sky and daphne were born blonde?

I like to think that Sky dyed his hair blonde as part of his disguise in switching with Brandon (and then kept it because he liked it), but is naturally a brunette like his father.

I headcanon that Daphne is also a brunette but her glowing sirenix/cursed/ghost look just makes her look blonde/gold the whole time.
