Glossodoris sp. Glossodoris is a genus of sea slugs, dorid nudibranchs, shell-less marine gastropod mollusks in the family Chromodorididae. The use of the genus name Glossodoris has been a subject of debate amongst taxonomists for over 150 years. Because it is the oldest name in the Chromodorididae it has been used differently by different taxonomists, sometimes including many species of Hypselodoris and Chromodoris and the other smaller genera recognized today. Its modern status is based on the analysis of DNA sequences.

White-margin Nudibranch - Glossodoris rufomarginata
Sometimes referred to as Caramel Nudibranch, Glossodoris rufomarginata (Nudibranchia - Chromodorididae) is a species of nudibranch characterized by the orange-brown speckled pattern on the mantle, the orange-brown mantle border and the broad white submarginal band.
This is one of the most commonly encountered diurnal nudibranchs in the Indo West Pacific. It is found on rocky bottoms and is particularly common on shaded cliffs. Several animals often occur together on a dark gray sponge, Cacospongia sp., on which it feeds.
