This month's @glossyboxuk AND customer service review... A few weeks ago, each subscriber got the opportunity to choose which MUA eyeshadow palette they wanted to receive from a choice of 4. Although I chose mine, I received a different one. Got to admit, I was a little disappointed but I thought they maybe ran out of the palette I wanted and reminded myself that they didn't *have* to give us a choice. I then got an email from Glossybox saying there was a problem with my box and next month they will send the palette I chose so I get two palettes! Some of the best customer service as I didn't have to do a thing for it to get resolved. Anyway, back to the products: 💜 Of course, an eyeshadow palette from @muacosmetics. I absolutely love these pallets, they're good quality and have a great range of shades available. I have about 5 already and next month will have 6! 💙 Spa to you cleansing brush. I already have a Clinique sonic face brush but this might come in handy for weekends away or will give to a friend. 💜 Cowshed Wild Cow invigorating body lotion. I don't use body lotion a lot, but this smells so nice I will use it or again, save for a weekend away. 💙 Mudmasky facial detox purifying recovery mask. I love mud masks and although I haven't used this yet, I've seen other reviews and pretty confident it's going to be amazing! 💜 Rae Feather cosmetics bag. I have loads of cosmetics bags, mostly Clinique ones when they have a bonus time offer, and I only use them for storing products so I might donate this to a friend. It's an OK box, I expected something special for their fifth birthday. Most happy to receive the Mud Mask and my eyeshadow palette next month. The face brush, lotion and bag I am not too fussed about to they will get used one way or another.
