Module 4: Getting probiotics into your daily life. I will be implementing this module at the Butterfly level. This means that I will take a probiotic supplement at bedtime every night and eat 1/2-1 cup of Probiotic & Enzyme Salad before dinner every night. Benefits include: better elimination, increased immunity, less gas and bloating, weight control and more energy. All of that sounds good to me so we shall see!
