It's amazing what you can achieve when you start eating carbs and doing hip thrusts 😂🍑. . Defiantly wasn't gifted in the glute department😂 but don't loose hope because it is possible to grow your 🍑🕺🏼 ▪️2014: Eating less than 1200calories, Doing mostly cardio but when I did start training I never split up my lowerbody days which meant they were mainly quad focused. ▪️2017: After bulking for around 9months up until Aug this year when calories reached up to 2600 and now currently doing a cutting/maintenance phase calories between 1800-2000. Training legs x3 times per week split into glutes & hamstrings (Lots of hip thrust & glute activation banded work). .
