Don’t be afraid to add table sugar to your #postworkout as it will go straight to your #muscles to refill #glycogen stores. After an hour and and half of #goinghard your body runs out of glycogen! So your post work out should include atleast 5 to 10gs of #bcaa and go with #scivation as they are the best in my opinion. I try do 5g of #glutomine with 5g Of #creatine and 40 to 50g of #sugar along with #proteinshake about 30 min later at-least to let the blood to continue to flow nutrients to your muscles! If you eat right away the blood will go straight to your stomach for digestion, don’t want that.
