MORNING HYDRATION IS 🔑💦
I start every day with my #jackedstack which includes @jackedfactory HydraSurge, Creatine, and Glutamine 💪🏻
As athletes we need to make sure we are not only water hydrated but also electrolyte hydrated to maximize performance in the gym but also recovery post workout.
Creatine and Glutamine are also major players in training performance optimization and recovery, these two should be a staple in anyone’s supplement protocol!

POTS Friends!!!
Particularly those of you with added orthostatic hypotension.
Try creatine monohydrate!!
I normally get weekly infusions of saline (1 litre) and albumin (500ml) but the last couple months haven't been able to for various reasons. In that timeframe I started taking the standard 5 gram dose of creatine monohydrate once daily (I add it in with my morning electrolyte drink) and after just one month I feel as good as I did after a couple months of regular weekly infusions. With the added bonus of no decline as the week passes by.
Creatine works by pulling water into your muscles and that makes it harder for our bodies to get rid of that water through sweat/urination/witchcraft so we stay better hydrated (and it helps increase our blood pressure). It can also help stabilize your brain energy levels too!
Creatine isn't recommended if you have kidney problems and absolutely check with your doctor if you have any doubts or concerns, but in general creatine is a very safe (and incredibly well researched) supplement.
I did mention this to my doctor the other day (he's got a bunch of other POTS patients) and he was quite excited about the potential. (He also takes it daily, but for other reasons)
I have more energy, I'm able to stand for longer periods of time. I sleep better and wake up easier (and earlier in the day), and I feel more alert and able to focus. And it's ridiculously cheap, especially compared to other management options.
You still need to keep up with your salt/electrolyte intake cause your body needs those electrolytes for the creatine to be able to do it's job properly so this isn't an instead of X situation.
In my opinion the quality of life improvement is so worth it.
Looking into creatine monohydrates, I’m taking my workouts seriously for the rest of the year.
I like how filled out I look right now; nourished. I feel the most nourished I’ve ever felt in my body. Now I’m ready to double down on the routine of consistent, healthy eating and consistent workouts hand in hand. Oddly enough, one tends to get more focus than the other some weeks.
