Like you have no clue how big I looked lol I need me more of that glycojet Anyways it was legs and bicep day but I focused more on legs Quad extensions: 75- 8 90- 8 110- 8 130- 8 Hammy curls: single leg 60- 8 70- 8 80- 8 Squat rack ass to grass: 135- 8 185- 7 225- 5 285- 4 "just past 90" 225- 6 185- 7 Squat master machine: "plate each side" 1 plate each side- 5 2- 5 3- 5 4- 5 5- 5 6- 5 Stopped because it was my first time using it and didn't want to over do it haha it got heavy to the point where I was grunting after every squat 1 set of 1 plate each side single leg press 10 reps Leg press with 2 feet: 2 plates- 10 3 plates- couldn't do it haha it felt like I hit a brick wall after extending a bit Calf raises on straight bar: "straight/in/out" 225- 12/12/12 315- 8/8/8 315- 8/7/7 225- 10/10/10 Bike machine: -Level 6 for a minute/ level 20 a minute -level 6/level 20 -level 5/level 18 -level 5/level 16 -level 5 for 2 minutes 15 air squats to stretch out Standing bicep curls: dumbbells 20lbs- 10 each hand 20- 10 25- 10 35- 7 Seated curls: dumbbells 55lbs- 2 50- 3 45- 5 40- 7 40- 6 40- 5 Seated curls: curl bar 90lbs- 3 70- 7 70- 7 70- 5 Hammer curls: 55lbs- 10 each hand 50- 10 45- 10 40- 10 35- 10 Then the gym closed lol I felt and looked amazing today!
