seeing how varka picked up the phone (err, dodocom) while in the middle of a fight just because someone (venti) was calling him makes me think that he'd pick up the phone no matter what if you were the one calling him. like maybe alice modified the dodocoms to include custom ringtones so that varka will immediately know it's you from the chime alone. in nod-krai, the fatui could be completing their moon death star stuff, and the KoF will be there trying to stop them. but varka will still pick up should you call him during that time. bonus points if you called for the most mundane thing ever and he'd still listen attentively,,, the fatui hates this guy. lowkey even funnier if you call just to beg him to let you out of the KoF HQ's basement,,, like varka you're not being reasonable right now let me out !!
