hey yo so this is my most precious son, Devin! he’s a lil fallen angel and i hope you love him even half as much as i do! he is pretty much the actual physical embodiment of ‘curiosity killed the cat’, and he Fell on purpose because he wanted to see life on Earth up close. Except he kind of fell right smack in the middle of Romania, where a helpful group of people was all too happy to show him where he could find lodging- the Manor. They dumped him there, collected their finder’s fee, and went on their merry way. Devin isn’t suuuper bummed about being a slave, because it’s really not all that different from being an angel, and he gets to meet lots of interesting new people? Plus, as far as he knows, he can just leave if he wants to- he doesn’t know about the wards that keep him grounded. Yet.
