HAPPY 10 YEARS TO THE END OF GRAVITY FALLS!!!

This show has been such a huge part of my life for so long, and it’s been so amazing to see the fandom coming back together and keeping the show’s spirit alive!! Thank you to everyone on the team who’s brought so much love into this show. It’s a type of passion that I feel like is so hard to find in a show, and I’m so grateful to be a part of this fandom today!! Gravity Falls inspires me to do what I love, and that passion and determination truly does pay off. Thank you for everything!!

Why is it that drawing late at night when you're supposed to be sleeping makes you a million times better than when you draw in the daylight? I just drew the best sketch of Death's face that I've ever done and I feel so powerful rn.

I'm staring at it like:

It just feels so loose and flowy now that I'm on an ipad, so much so that I feel like I'll never go back to my tablet again.

It also helps that I've found the brush that I can do anything with. It's a canvas brush from a different Procreate app. I missed this brush so much!!!! I never want to use another one again!

I love the texture because it feels so inky and makes everything so soft without it being overly smooth. There's nothing wrong with smooth, I just love a little bit of grit to my work.

I also didn't notice how big of a difference pen pressure made until now.

If you look at the last work of his face I did and compare it to this one, there's a huge difference in the way the brush strokes end. Here you can see that I'm pulling away and using a gentler hand, while the other work has no line weight whatsoever.

Line weight holds a lot of sway over how soft a work looks and I really want to do a stream where I teach about how that can make things feel more bodily and fluid.

Hell, I might just post some art tutorials here. I love teaching people techniques and stuff, so it's no big deal to do that.

Maybe I'll do a stream when things are better (I miss streaming and teaching so much fr fr).

Soooo yeah! those are all the narrators, as you might've guessed ( i think) there were some narrys that i did drew that i didnt add, mainly cause it was incomplete and i was running out of time.
