Somehow, in the two fights so far where the characters explicitly didn’t want to kill the enemies, Tandy managed to accidentally invoke that little utilized D&D rule that if a creature takes or exceeds its HP total in damage after they’ve already been knocked out, the creature dies instantly.
Gettin’ a bit of a rep there Tandy, s’all I’m saying.

Meet Jelxi Mountainslayer, a Deep Gnome Warlock I made for D&D. I don’t remember why I made her, only that she was an experiment tied in to trying to playing D&D solo and building a story on the fly as I went.
Anyways, I wanted to explore what a Deep Gnome travelling the underdark and expecting trouble might look like. The first page I focused on a generic look, but the 2nd page was me trying to combine ‘miner’ with ‘ninja-samurai’ because I decided that the Deep Gnomes lived in upsidedown pagodas like the Air Monks from Avatar the Last Air bender.
Name: Daddy Gnomeo (Daddy to his friends, Daddy to his enemies and Daddy to his pets)
Age: Eleventy-one
Race: Rock Gnome (would rather be a forest gnome but that’s not how race works)
Class: Warlock
Special Skills: Speaks Gnomish, Elvish, Common and Orcish
Weapon of choice: Short sword, Erdrich blast, small pieces of bone he finds and throws at people
Extra information:
1. His mode of transport is being duct taped to the back of a half orc barbarian
2. He does not enjoy being duct taped to the half orc barbarian
3. He sold his soul to Baphomet so that he could one day be the biggest and the best daddy
4. Don’t point out how short he is if you’d like to keep your knee caps
5. 3’0” but claims 3’2” (the Halfling, Dan Dwiki, likes to point out that he is actually 3’2”, Daddy does not like when this happens)
6. His moustache is more important that your life
7. Soft skin = nice gloves
8. Has bells attached to his ears that act like the bells on a cats collar, but the reason why he has them is because he is so short and if they couldn’t hear him they wouldn’t be able to find him (not that he ever shuts up)
This is the only image I've done for inktober. Uni has been a butt. Anyway, this is a gnome warlock!
