Heeeeey hope you are having a nice day🤍 I love your demo and have read all the asks so the question is:

What does it take to make Go Ro and Kiris flush, if that’s even possible? Like going maybe just a little bit pink in cheeks?

Also, is there a reason Go Ro is so hardworking? Is it duty, habit, ¿altruism?, maybe desire for power? Or maybe just because...? Thanks in advance :-)

This might be due to my absence and I could have just...forgotten a character, but I'm not sure who Kiris is ^^; I can answer for Go Ro, though!

While flustering him is difficult nigh on impossible, he softens considerably to gentle affection, which may lead to some blushing. However, he's the type to have that flush show on his ears and neck rather than his face.

As for your second question, I'll leave this in the air for now, since the motivations and ideals of both god ROs (Min He and Go Ro) shape the story to a large degree~

Edit: Someone mentioned that Anon might have meant Kaski, so I will down here just in case:

Kaski is relatively easy to fluster once his guard comes down, surprisingly. He starts to blush when he gets embarrassed or playful, and unlike Go Ro, it does show on his cheeks!

Been reading a lot God of the Red Mountain lately so here is my MC. Meet Eagle who has fabulous feathers, survivor guilt and love for theatre. 

That’s how i imagine their first meeting with Go Ro would go, but we’ll see what dear @friendlybowlofsoup present us in future updates.

I wrote the fic first although the art has deviated from it somewhat.

Imagine that silky hair cascading over his shoulders as he holds you down, some of it brushing your skin like a ghostly caress. His fingers are laced with yours as he pins your hands to your sides. 

That usually fierce gaze, somewhat softer now but with something else too, lock with your eyes. gold.

The scent of carmillas in the sun, overwhelmingly thick and heady around you as he lowers his head for a slow, hungry kiss. His hot lips tracing a line from your chin down to your chest  before kissing right in the middle your sternum, sending heat radiating from that spot.

 Then he abrubtly releases you and gets up, brushing his hair back with a hand and turns to leave. 

He looks back, hand on the doorframe, a grin as his eyes take in the sight of you. “Be good and give Tai shek back his mask, then maybe we can continue where we've left off tonight."

Bad Days

Double perspective piece this time! With Go Ro and a nonbinary MC!

Bad days happen unfortunately. 

You’ve come far, and you know this; far from the you who couldn’t even protect your only family. 

But still. You have bad days. 

Days where the scars are on fire, where the slightest touch triggers memories of the Foxes, triggers the pain and fear and darkness once again. 

You can’t get out of bed on those days.

You go to toss them out of bed, like any other day; they’re always reluctant to leave a warm cocoon, and you will never, ever admit it, but seeing them mussed with sleep and grumbling at the light brings a spark of warmth to your day that stays with you. 

This time is different. You can tell their form beneath the blankets is stiff, and faintly trembling; you’d think they were just hiding from you, but you know better. There is darkness in this room; not true darkness, not the tainted energy that is so dangerous, but the memory of it is palpable, and you can taste sour fear and bitter pain on your tongue as you walk to the bed. 

You call their name. There is no response, not even when you lay a hand on the spirit-shaped lump on your bed. 

But you hear a breath hitch, and you realize. 

Today is a bad day. 

Your eyes flicker to the open door, and you walk and briskly close it. You turn back, and you know that they are stuck; they’ve described this before, what happens when the memories get to be too much. 

You hate that you understand, and hate that they have to experience this; hate that the Foxes had laid claws on the one you’ve claimed. 

They always said that you were a possessive god. (Their words, not yours. But you don’t deny it.)

You light incense, and you close the curtains. 

And you sit beside them, and you put out your hand.

You force your chi into cool calm, into stillness, into succor and sanctuary, and all you can do his hope they reach back.

An offering. One that they have to accept.

It takes time. But in this? For this? 

You have all the time in the world, and you sigh as they reach for your hand.
