Il y a plus d'un mois, un incendie coûtait la vie à 10 personnes chemin des Barques à Vaulx-en-Velin.
This Thursday, the DDSP du Rhône announced that it has dismantled a drug trafficking venue at 2 chemin des Barques thanks to the interception last Sunday of a go-fast returning from Rotterdam in the Netherlands. On board the two vehicles that formed the convoy stopped on the A31, three individuals were arrested. This has in turn led to the identification of other traffickers, arrested with the RAID this week. A total of seven suspected criminals were taken into custody.
The various searches made it possible to get their hands on 30 kilos of heroin, a handgun and ammunition.
You may know “Go-Fast” as a speedboat or a supply of Red. Here, it is French police slang for a convoy by which a gang moves drugs in 4x4s or German saloons. The Go-Fast method was first deployed to move product up from Morocco and the Costa del Sol. Rotterdam, however, was always the logical next step.
