I think we're all forgetting the most important takeaway from episode 6: that after two seasons of vociferous protests, season 3 is going to give us Crowley as a bookshop owner. Because there's no way that Crowley is going to let Muriel do something unforgivable to Aziraphale's bookshop while he's away, like sell one of the books.
