What an intense day of inquiry and self reflection. I attended an incredible workshop @ddysavannah with @yogishelley where we broke down the alchemy of goal creating and crushing. We learned that there is a choice provided to us at every moment- we can choose fear or we can choose love. When we are creating the life we love and desire we have to be mindful of our choices and what we are vibrating.
