Restarting, yes it isn’t easy, so after my last start, I hurt my back again squatting. Admittedly it is something I haven’t done in a very long while with its obvious negative effect on everything, Yet no giving up left, SO this last week I started small again, for the fourth time this year. Why? Because its my other thing, I don’t just like being in shape I don’t just like sweating and being tired. I am totally into this thing always having the next challenge on my mind. Yes I start off silly sometimes going to heavy to hard to fast and then I have to take a little extended reflection time. Well times served and back into action, ready for the next challenge and ready for better and more results. The goal for the next 3 months is to pick up weight and gain back as much of the lost muscle as possible. Yeah, I probably haven’t lost that much but I like to be a little harder on myself and with a few big things coming up in May I will keep pushing all the way. And start changing the diet in May. I will share some of the diet currently and then as I slowly get to another diet start sharing the changes and ideas behind it all the time... This is my current state, I may not look like I’m carrying a lot of weight, but I am 12 kilo’s heavier than November 19, (November 74kg, to now 86.4Kg. I will start worrying when I hit the 95’s again but I doubt as soon as I start training effectively again the weight will come down as always. Let us see. Easy goals for the next month is to get back to doing two sessions a day for at least five day a week. I am currently only getting about 5 or six session in per week and that’s pushing it.
