Would anyone who has experience with POTS be willing to give a recently diagnosed but anxious Goat some advice on compression gear/mobility aids/ other tips?

I'm having a grand time playing w this in my head rn and wanted to share.

I realize I shall probably have to make it myself, but I wanna see more of someone who's been captured, either enemy of the state or rebel or villain I don't care. Forced to walk behind their captors horses or carriage or whatever, arms bound and a noose tied around their neck as a lead attached to the back, risking getting dragged if they go to slow or stop, going for miles and miles with barely enough water or breaks the entire way. Being prodded and mocked by his captors, and more so by the people of the city their dragged to. Are they stubborn, and hold the self up tall and proud as they can or are they humiliated, fearful? What's going through their head? Are they lashing out or cowering?

I want more of this

A whumpee with terrible memory problems, worsened when under stress until they go blank and/or mute with terror while their mind scrambles to think about anything other than the growing panic fogging up their mind. What are they forgetting, what are they forgetting?!-

Is it weird that I'd like to see more caretakers with disabilities? Just. Disabled people in literally any position but the whumpees honestly. Caretakers with chronic pain. Whumpers with wheelchairs. Let my mans with anxiety still be able to take care of others while anxious. Idk just. Not helpless disabled people please?

I feel like total discomfort/ constant complete suffering can become sort of numbing for a character, taking away the impact of escalation at a certain point. It's the scraps of comfort the character gets or finds that hit harder then some of the most brutal scenes I've read/seen. That's just me though, what are yalls thoughts on this?

Whumpee has been saved and out of their worst nightmare for months, maybe even years now, but sometimes when it's pouring outside and their body is aching more then usual from previous injuries and damaged nerves, they forget entirely where they are. Fuck I'm so tired Their lungs seizing as shock waves of pain ripple through their body as they spasm Stop! For the love of god mercy- They're left scrambling and looking for anything they can cling to to ground them, anything they can use to pull them away from that damned monster digging their heels into their back, making white hot agony spawn from that point and out into their limbs. Fuck s-stop, please mercy FUCK

Their friend comes running in thinking they're in danger, only to find whumpee on the floor, their favorite chair turned over ontop of them, clawing at the carpet and crying out into an empty room.
