Falling Leaves

when in Wick Woodland i wanted to ID a bunch of trees

i found one particular tree I couldn’t remember the species so I looked at the ground and fond it was surrounded by oak leaves, I decided that this was a type of oak tree

I find this simple method of looking at the ground very affective

hear are the trees that i managed to ID at the Wick Woodland

i have really been working on my tree ID the past couple of years.
