why i like them: I like Arthur's growth, I think he's grown (in the right direction) the most since the start of the show and that makes me happy. He's willing to let people in more now, and he's more confident in himself as a ruler, as someone who should be a ruler. Also he is beautiful.
why i don’t: There's not much I don't like about Arthur. Mmm. Maybe how oblivious he is about Merlin's Magical Shenanigans.
favorite episode (scene if movie): Favorite Arthur episode is probably "The Darkest Hour" because we see Arthur go through so much and still keep his head above water.
favorite season/movie: Honestly, I think I may go with Series 3 on this. There were some great moments in S4 but many others I'm still unhappy with the direction they took things. I think Series 3 was a turning point and I liked the complexity of characters in the middle of major life changes. Also epic Gwaine
favorite line: THIS ONE IS HARD IDK.
favorite outfit: DEAR GOD NOT THE CROWN. Um, Arthur kind of always wears the same thing. I particularly enjoyed when he lost track of his pants though. It's a good look for him.
otp: well, shit. Um. I'm gonna go with I don't have one. I would really like to see Autonomous!Arthur. I have issues with canon Arthur/Gwen so I can't in all honesty say that SO
brotp: I do love my Merlin & Arthur interactions, although I think they would be SO MUCH BETTER IF ARTHUR KNEW MERLIN'S WORTH IS ALL I'M SAYING
head canon: I like to think that Arthur still dreams about his mother and that she's a voice of reason to him, perhaps trying to ease his mind on the subject of magic (because she's the only one who really could, given that much of the hatred in the kingdom stems from her death).
unpopular opinion: I think I've probably already listed a couple by now. I don't really like the way Arwen has played out in the show. At all. Does that count? I think that counts
