Have some fluffy pet critters for a small sanity boost in these trying times! <3

Returning to Don’t Starve Together after all these years, I was delighted to find out that you could have pets now. My joy was even greater when I discovered all the reskin options, so I just had to get the parrot version of the Giblet to accompany Wilson in my solo world!

I’ve known about Smallbirds for a long time, but I never had much luck in keeping them alive for long. They are still the more realistic pet experience in the game in my opinion, but I’m glad that there are some stress-free options that won’t be instantly killed when the hounds arrive. xD

I had SEEN Glommer too, but since I play “chicken style” and usually run away from anything that moves - especially when it’s the full moon) - I had never discovered just how helpful it is to have one as a camp buddy until now! I used to always struggle with sanity, but now that’s no longer a problem. ^^

Another update that brought me joy was the minigames, including the one where you can adopt a Kitcoon. Apparently there are many kinds you can get, and it’s random. Mine happened to be the one that I illustrated - with the cute cape. I named the little guy Salmiakki. xD
