I feel pretty well prepared to run Goblinville tonight. It's my first time in the GM-seat in over a decade and that decade has seriously kicked me in the teeth with mental illness. I did not sleep well thanks to anxiety about tonight.
But, just wanting to do this is a good sign, I think. I've made a bunch of NPCs, local governments, and world conflicts. I've also made tonight's scenario simple so we can all get used to the rules and playing or running.
I've been reading some great strategies about GMing that I've incorporated into my plans. So yeah, hopefully an anxiety attack doesn't crush me in the middle of the session.
Oh, and the Goblin PC names are great. Part of character generation is that the players describe their character and everyone else gives them a title, which is used in conflict as a trait.
