BlackFire

Created by Tony Kittrell, BlackFire first appears in Champions of Hope as a Cameo. Then appears again in God Cell: Gate of the God, issue 1.

She stands a tall 6’6” and weighs 495lbs. Trained by the secret organization, C.H.A.N.G.E. in the use of her powers and is capable of hand-to-hand combat, Blackfire has the ability to ignite the air around her to produce intense flames of both positive and negative plasma. She is able to fly, project and manipulate flames to create various shapes and forms which she can move at her command. 

She can also absorb fire and plasma without any adverse side effects detect heat signatures and can increase and decrease any flame intensity with limitations unknown.

She developed her abilities after being diagnosed with a rare blood disease and accepting an experimental gene-altering procedure that saved her life. She was then taken in and trained to use her powers by the organization, C.H.A.N.G.E.
