Heyyyy all my peeps, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE check out the Asbury University Revival going on RIGHT NOW. A regular morning chapel service on Wednesday the 8th has been ongoing since. The videos are so, so beautiful. People are singing worship, there have been multiple preachers, and praying almost nonstop. People are coming from states away and it’s so wonderful how God is moving there
I’ve been reading on the life of Joseph and if it’s one thing that I’ve learned through his life and through his brothers’ lives, it’s this: not every inconvenience is an inconvenience. Sometimes the situations, series of events, or circumstances that we consider to be untimely or unfortunate are really disguised blessings sent from God, not to do us evil, but rather to work things out for our good and for His glory. In the moment, we easily question God, asking, “Why me? Why is this happening to me?” And God is just saying, “You’ll see.” And it could be a week from then, a month, a year, or 10 years even. But when the time is right, everything will make sense and, truly, you’ll understand and then you’ll see. God works and moves in ways that we can’t even begin to comprehend and His ways are past finding out. So it’s best to just roll with the punches, giving Him praise and thanks in everything because He’s worthy.
I’m sure that many people have seen at least part of what is going on around us. Call it revival, renewal, awakening, restoration, call it anything you wish, but God is moving. God is moving, and people are responding. Asbury, Texas A&M, Indiana Wesleyan, LSU and more. I’ve seen videos of worship happening in New York City. It isn’t just in the USA but in Uganda people are responding.
One video…
Let us pray for the saints to proclaim the glad tidings of Christ’s victory
Let us pray for the saints to proclaim the glad tidings of Christ’s victory
Stripping off the rulers and the authorities, He made a display of them openly, triumphing over them in it. Col. 2:15
Dear saints, let us pray that the saints would proclaim the glad tidings of Christ’s victory over the enemy (Gen. 49:9 and notes 9-1 and 9-2; 1 John 3:8b; Col. 2:15; Heb. 2:14; Psa. 68:11-12).
Have you ever found a single instance in the Bible of God being defeated? God has never…
My only goal is to be obedient to ALL God requires and asks of me. So, I am reposting what He has placed in my spirit this morning.
.... The Church is so disconnected from what God is doing in this season that they continue to place their energy and focus on too many of the wrong things. Satan wants the saints to focus on nothing but the past lifestyles of former gays and lesbians who have been freed, the parade and political agenda of the LGBT community and our government support for them. To the point that we, the saints, will completely ignore not only the success stories but also those who are seeking help. Resulting in the Church missing the move of God altogether."

that realisation is hitting real hard that two of my best friends in the whole world are moving away now... it’s come to that day and I’m really just... My brother in Christ and another person close to my heart. Both distant in physical space and yet always in my heart... classes officially start tomorrow, so prepare for some stillness across all my blogs while I transition... I feel like this year is about to have a huge impact on my forever.
