After seeing all the tragic events that have been happening in this country, due to gun violence, it’s easy to become paranoid and worse still tormented 😫. I have two little children, and I can’t even begin to imagine what the parents who are dealing with loss are going through right now 😭🙏. But for the sake of my sanity, and the well being of my kids, I have chosen to dedicate and give them up to God, because ultimately, He is truly the only One who can keep them safe from the attacks of the enemy. I know I sound irrational, but remember that “We wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, powers, rulers of darkness in this world, and spiritual forces of wickedness in heavenly places.” Fighting physical battles in order to reform gun policies may play a significant role, but the truth is, whether you like it or not, we need God now, more than ever before.
