The Return
It had been years since she had been captured by the humans. Years since she had felt the warmth of the sun on her skin. They had poked and prodded at her like she was some toy to pull apart and put back together. She didn't know when, but at some point, she had been placed in some sort of large tube filled with a deep blue liquid. Wires and tube hooked up to her as she was placed in a sort of twilight state. Awake, but not fully. Just enough to know what was going on. They were taking something from her. Always taking, never giving. It made her weak, unable to fight back even with her large form. It had been years..... what a way for the last of her kind to live it's life.
She had trusted the man that brought her to this place. He had promised he would keep her safe, take care of her. She had been injured when she first came to this planet. She had needed help. She thought the humans were kind....She had been wrong. Her claws twitched as she noticed someone walking passed her watery prison, a soft cry escaping her as if to beg them to free her. She knew it wouldn't work. She let out the same cry everytime someone passed by. Not once did it work.
She had slipped into a deep sleep again, something that was normal. A few minutes of wakefulness before slipping off into darkness again. But something was different this time. When she came to again, she heard sound of a dying machine. She turned her head to see smoke coming from the device that pumped the sedatives into her. This was her only chance....She slammed into the glass, flailing and writhing, hitting it over and over until she shattered the glass, falling out into a heap on the floor. A dark rumble came from deep within her chest and she got to her feet.
She had torn through whoever had gotten in her way, driven by fear and the need to get to safety, though she didn't exactly make it through unscathed. Shes was bleeding heavily from her side, a deep blue color spilling from between her fingers.
She continued to run though, no matter how badly she hurt, or how weak she was getting from the blood loss. She refused to stop. A bigger problem hit as it began to snow rather heavily, and where she was going, the ground was getting rather slippery. She made one misstep and crashed into the snow, a shaky groan escaping her as her form changed back into her human one.
She wanted to get back up, but she was so tired, so weak. Maybe she could just....rest here for a moment.

Conrad stood still with his arms folded behind his back, back straight and expression blank. The only movement were his eyes which followed Elijah’s motions. He didn’t know what kind of response he had been expecting from his so called creator or that he even expected a response at all. However, what was said, did take a while for him to process, even with his near super computer capabilities.
As for his reply, though he would have rather responded swiftly, he had to take a moment to process a reply. It was unbecoming of an android. However, once he had formulated a response, he pushed that previous thought aside. “I was merely curious about your thoughts upon such a matter, as the concepts of a human heart elude me.”

Connor had been subdued to his dismay. They used electricity to overload his systems, temporarily shutting the android down. Though, he wasn’t left without injury. Due to the overload of his systems, it had taken him a while to come back online. One by one his systems came back online and his vision finally came back. The dark room was not a surprise, though it also wasn’t an issue for the android. There was movement though, his hearing having come back online about a half hour prior. He turned his head towards the noise to see someone trying to maneuver closer. They were tied up.
The voice that came wasn’t what he expected. “Mr. Kamski?” he kept his voice low, aware that there were still threats in the area. He went to move, but he found his arms and legs were still offline. Not to mention he was chained. A much stronger restraint for an android. It would seem they weren’t taking chances.
“It is not safe here,” Connor iterated, “We should get you out of here as soon as possible...” He looked around, scanning the area. There had to be something of use here.

“Elijah. It is time to wake up.” She smacked him with a pillow.
“Breakfast is in the kitchen.”
