I had been a little reckless while Javier and I were out robbing some hicks up in the mountains. He had gotten somewhat frustrated with me. I nearly got shot in the head but luckily it missed me by a hair.

Javier had been giving me the silent treatment most the way back to camp. I wasn't sure what to do, or say to him.

Eventually he broke the silence, "Do you know what a gun shot wound feels like?"

I nervously rubbed my hands together.

"No." I've been fairly lucky to not have been hit by a bullet yet in this life that I lead. To be fair I've only joined recently.

"Exactly, now imagine that in your head." He gritted through his teeth.

"Look, I'm sorry, that I wasn't more careful, but I'm fine! Look."

He stared at me for second in disbelief.

"You won't always be lucky (Y/N), what would've happened if you did get shot in the head?" He wasn't even looking at me he just kept staring at the trail ahead.

"I suppose, I'd be dead..."

"Look, I love you, but your disregard for your own life is, upsetting."

"I love you too." I tried to get him to look at me in the eyes but he never moved his gaze.

"It, it won't happen again, I promise."

"You can't guarantee that." He looked at me now, eyebrows furrowed together, "Please, just, be careful."

We rode the rest of the way to camp in silence.

He knew how to get on people nerves and that's basically what he lived to do

He's definetly not opposed to it, but it is a new thing to him

Maybe your good attitude will rub off on him (probably not but a man can dream)

He might actually be in a more pleasant mood when you're around

Although that doesn't mean he won't still try to poke fun at you

I think eventually he'll give up on really trying to irratate you, cause it's not working

He's definitely in love with you

I mean he's at least lusting after every woman in the camp, but with you it's different

Especially cause you're pleasant to him

but like thats real wild like. Killua is a good person because his brother is an asshole and his family is terrible and Sasuke is a bad person for most of the series because his brother pretended to be an asshole instead of admitting that their family was fucked up. If itachi had been truthful from the getgo perhaps naruto and sasuke could have had what gon and killua have.
