Cliffjumper felt guilty over misleading his staff, but technically it had been the truth - he was meeting with a secret informant to discuss the activity of unaffiliated Cybertronians after Megatron’s defeat and subsequent capture.
They didn’t have to know it was one of the Decepticon SIC’s clones, so he’d repeatedly stressed what a security risk it would be to reveal the identity of his informant - again, the truth.
//I’m here,// he pinged Skywarp, after having his agents spend a megacycle sweeping the perimeter for spy devices. It had been a good idea to go so far away, so no other potential Decepticon plants could arrive ahead of time.

Would they have one bean or more than one bean? If more, how many?Two beans. One for each arm. <3 Except that means no cuddling the mini so Cliffjumper is handed one so Skywarp can cling tightly to him with the free servo. Sigh.
What’s the bean’s shape? Size?They’re kind of tiny - smaller than Cliffjumper’s servo but not small enough to hold two on the same servo.
Is their bean an exceptionally cuddly squishy blob or no?CARRIER WILL CUDDLE THE SLAG OUT OF THEM EVEN IF THEY WEREN’T. They are strangely not ‘blobby’, they’re more lanky string beans.
Does their bean have basic protoform appendages (chevron, finials, wings, etc.) forming yet?Stubby little wings. True wings, but likely won’t be the same size as their carrier’s.
How much is their bean dependent on them?LESS SO THAN mamaCARRIER WISHES. They’re picky with their fuel, since Cliffjumper is an excellent chef.
Who does the bean take after more physically?Starscream’s coding is incredibly pervasive; the two are clearly Seeker frames poor Cliff but their optics are Autobot-blue even though they can fly. Both are dirt-brown but one has vivid purple accents and the other bright red accents. While their limbs are gangly, their torsos and servos are stocky, like their sire.
Personality-wise, who is the bean more like?The former is skittish and the latter has a hair-trigger temper, exacerbated in the extreme if they’re separated. In close proximity the twins balance each other out, so it’s not good to separate the two.
How does their bean interact with other grown mechs?Skittish-bean is convinced the adult-bots will hate them for being flight-frames (not without due cause) and forces angry-bean to limit their proximity to the big bots. Angry-bean knows this is true but still wants to see what the big bots are doing, so skittish-bean decided they would demonstrate that just because they’re flight-capable doesn’t make them bad. Their sire’s reputation helps some.
How does their bean interact with other protoforms?Skittish-bean is dragged over by angry-bean, who proceeds to threaten the protoforms if they hurt or scare skittish-bean. Angry-bean then pushes skittish-bean into the group and watches to figure out how to join, itself.(“Whose youngling is that?” “They’re both mine,” Cliffjumper groans through a servo clamped to his faceplates.)
What sounds does their bean make? Are they quiet, make low booping, high beepings, or are they a wee lil screecher?They make a blend of smol lil bby birb cheeps and car horns.
How does their bean move about?They hold hands when they go places, and only let go when they plan to stay in the area they’re currently at.
Where and how often does their bean like to snooze?You can’t get one bean to sleep without getting both beans to sleep. Fortunately for carrier, they don’t mind being snuggled but sometimes one of them insists on napping on/with Cliffjumper. It’s hard to work when you have a bean with limbs wrapped around your horns.

Cliffjumper has a secret crush on Skywarp, who he sees as being abandoned by the Decepticons and thus needing - and qualifying for - Autobot intervention.Now that the War is mostly over - again - with several of Megatron’s top Generals imprisoned, their Leader escaped but disgraced, Cliffjumper has been attempting to bring his fellow Council members around to the idea of an amnesty for neutral fliers, provided they had not aided the Decepticons or attacked Autobots.It’s a work in process. He doesn’t dare risk revealing his motives.
He has highly conflicting feelings over Longarm Prime/Shockwave. They interfaced once and a Shifter-type bean was the result. He really admired Longarm and has been questioning ever since how much of the Longarm-persona was a mask, and how much was the real mecha beneath.He’s not sure which is better.
