Okay! Okay!

With the update now out, I can FINALLY explain a majority of the hints and Clues I felt were obvious for you all!

First goes first

In the very first scene- while purposely vague- is a represention of change via Ditto. They get goopy and appear in their form as full- it's also why- despite their shapes- they all looked vaguely similar before cementing down!

These next three scenes are VERY important- despite the nuance that they train and work with each other- Generation still feels the need to comment on Dura being "Creepy"

Not to mention, Duration's random call of blood and "How does he use it". Directly referencing how does an *absol* use Life Dew. He's preforming, he wants to get it right!

It also goes hand in hand with Generation noting that a revival move is needed but- she states "None of which we can currently learn."

Not that they *Can't* but they can't *yet*

These next bits were a bit silly- but given Gen's disposition, did no one find it a little odd how comfortable she was with the other twos, outright leaning into darker humor one only shares with their close friends/family

This also includes Era's way of speaking to the twos as well. Familiarity and comfortability without being overwhelming negative.

Gen's comment right here needs to be noted because- at this point, she was being pulled and wouldn't have been able to see. No one really called her out on the fact that she was speculating- but the Speculation was spot on enough that it hurt his feelings. With Era chiming in about the low blow.

This part was a bit sad but fun to do. The boys recognize Gen as their parent through scent alone. Not sound- and not by looks as King notes that "You sound weird and you look Different too"

This was not them latching onto Generation because she just happened to look like their dad. They latched onto her because- that's dad! It smells like him and feels like him- but he looks different. So much so that it actually catches Gen off guard when they do that.

These scenes are all Vindication for Gen and Dura. There were a million ways for them to go around this- and they both went for the hardest hitting- terrifyingly intimidating tactic they could go for. This is more than just protection for them.

It's outright revenge for a time where they couldn't protect themselves. No one even batted an eye on how cruel they were being.

This one was more obtuse! Less subtle and I felt like was a slap in the face but- not only is Duration using a move NOT in an absol's movepool. But the boxes? The color background? Tells you EXACTLY who they are, as the dialogue boxes for Ash, Indigo and Peach are all the same color and Shape.

Dura's move WAS accidental on my part- but It fit in perfectly After I drew it and kept it in. A subtle slip up on their end.

This one- not only is the red the same shade as Ash's eyes (it's happens often enough but it's such a small detail I know peeps wouldn't have seen it!), but Alpha makes a note that "it can talk"

This is in vague reference to the fact that they have been actively excluding Alpha from hearing their words. Ie, Casual Telepathic communication that excluded a single party.

Also, no one seemed to question on why a battle pokemon knew how to lead another in a fight. Not like a pokemon- but like a trainer. One that KNOWS the FEAR Tactic well enough to make a comment about how they loathe and adore it.

Gen makes note as well- "Like your dad", at this point, Gen has No idea how Ash is training his kids, but she knows he's a trainer and that's all that matters

Pepper had no idea right away- a subtle nod to the fact that she wasn't paying attention to their faces or voices well enough to figure it out. She had NO Intention of sending her own family.

Celebi had other ideas uwu

This one was another subtle nod but- Gen's fur poofs up just like Ash's hair. Also- the casual brushing off of a Thunder because Pikachu uwu

This one was subtle, Era was letting Gen know that that's the move "Ash" taught them, before realizing he shouldn't be saying that. Oopsie!

This one was more tongue in cheek than anything. This has already happened- the reason why Gen is so callous and the others aren't is because this has happened to her time and time again.

She's died, revived, and died again over and over. For her, it's just something that they need to get over.

She's not intentionally being cruel, it's just her reality.

It's also why Era and Dura are so uneasy and nervous about this. They haven't gotten over it. (And when Gen dies young, they didn't heed his words :))

And last one because I am out of space for images. This specific scene was an older brother calling out for his younger brother- this is FT Indigo genuinely being nervous for FT Ash.

While not as nervous as their swap counterpart, Dura still has worry in his heart, enough so that he completely broke their rolls to call out for his baby brother.

It doesn't help that Swap Ash sounds like his brother (duh), so now his emotions are muddled and he's feeling it.

Okay! So this isn't everything, but it's a lot of things and I know I'm missing some other stuff here and there that you can all probably look back on now and go :0

I spent a lot of time trying to make sure it was visible for everyone, but alas, it went over everyone's head /silly

Now to find the ask that figured it out from the start!

Gok Chapter 8 was kinda the last of my pre-prepared chapters so now here's the progress to chapter 9

I usually have them to at least 7k words, which is not too bad something I can definitely do but yikes

Been working on this chapter for months too it's just that motivation~

Though I do have some new inspiration for this chapter I just need to find the time (which yikes again cuz like sucks)
