"Sigh...."

While a very robust pony in most ways, Gold Bat does sometimes miss flying under her own wings, and will sometimes spend hours drifting on a cloud drifting through the sky and remembering what it was like to flight. Gold doesn't let it keep her down, but she was a bat pony and would always love to fly!

Usually after awhile, she could work through the sad and enjoy her time in the sky

I'm so grateful for the friends I've made this year. This is such a thoughtful gift.

Almost a year ago I told a friend I was super excited about the new circulation of quarters that had bats on them. I told them I wanted to collect them, so over the year they collected whatever bat quarters they could get ahold of and gave me a roll of them as a gift.

"That was some grade-A thinking, Nessa! A ton of ponies are out of trouble because of that big brain of yours!" Gold Bat beams the compliment!

"Well of course. Wouldn't I be letting down my duties as Element of Generosity if I couldn't think of such a plan?" Nessa takes it in stride but can't hide her positive reaction. "Heh!"
