I have seen that life elixirs can refer to pills or a type of drink and I know that the Jade Rabbit can create elixirs, but who specifically can create elixirs and what type of elixirs are there to prolong life? (like, I know immortal peaches are a way to get a lot of life) Are elixirs with more effects mentioned?

Laozi in Xiyouji is the most known for being like the alchemist within the series as he is the one to make the Immortal Pills that add to Wukongs immortality. We also see that in Chang’e’s Legend that it was the Queen Mother, to provide those pills of immortality. It is also in The Romance of the Gods used by Immortals such as Taiyi Zhenren, Wei Liusun, Qingxu Daodezhenjun, and other immortals. Taiyi Zhenren used golden elixirs to resurrect Nezha; Daodezhenjun used two golden elixirs to make his disciple Yang Ren's eyes grow hands; Tu Xingsun stole the five-gourd golden elixir from his master Wei Liusun, and so on.

I cannot say for certain if there are different types of pills of immortality and what kind of immoralities these pills can cover. Queen Mother’s pills were enough to make Chang’e a proper immortal and allow her to gain a god title. Laozis Pills in Xiyouji are described as extremely valuable and were enough to bring a body that was near-dead for years back to full use as we see in the Lion-Lynx Arc.

The only other pills that I can remember being made are the fire pills from Journey to the South made by Huaguang dadi and used to make the person feel like they are on fire and are activated on the users well.

Ancient alchemists alchemized stones into elixirs and believed that taking them would lead to immortality.

Jin Gehong's "Baopuzi · Golden elixir": "The golden elixir is a thing. The longer it is burned, the more wonderful the changes will be; gold enters the fire and will not disappear after a hundred refinings. If buried, it will be immortal for the rest of the day. Take these two things and chain them together."

Lu You of the Song Dynasty wrote a poem "Sitting Still Thinking of Traveling and Playing with Landscapes": "In the past, I lamented that I had snowy hair on my temples when I traveled far away, and I learned about golden elixirs due to my close relationship with many diseases."

Song Dynasty Lu You's poem " Yin at Night ": "I have studied poetry in vain for more than sixty years, and I know it in my heart. When you smile at night under the cold lamp, it is the time when the golden elixir changes bones."

Fan Yangxun of the Qing Dynasty wrote in his "Reconstruction of the Monument of Yuanjiashan (Yuan Ke Li's Other Industry)": "The immortals use golden elixirs to protect their lives forever and use treasure rafts to save all living beings. They are both good and good at the same time, and they are also sages born in the world."

Lu Xun's "New Story: Flying to the Moon": "As for me, it doesn't matter. As long as I eat the golden elixir given to me by the Taoist priest, I will ascend."

Gold refers to the immortality of gold, and elixir refers to the perfect shape, so it is called golden elixir.

Mention the Italian Lake Garda and many things come to mind. It is Italy's largest lake with the distance around it measuring 158km. Its shoreline is dotted with picturesque villages and its diverse landscape contains beaches as well as rocky cliffs. It is known for its clear water, perfect for swimming, windsurfing, and sailing.But the Lake Garda region holds a secret, which we were fortunate enough to discover on our latest scouting trip. It is home to some of the finest olive oils we have encountered in our travels. Lake Garda area is responsible for only 1% of the oil production of Italy, so its bottling are limited and most are maintained for local consumption. But the Frantoio di Montecroce has expanded enough in recent years to offer their rare pressings to the select few who have had the pleasure of tasting their beautiful golden elixir.The Montecroce Old Mill was built 50 years ago in the middle of the green hills south of Lake Garda just outside the town of Desenzano. There the Ramanzini family process the olives from their own land as well as a careful selection of olives from smaller surrounding cultivations.
