Well, the way Wizards is taking her, I am starting to warm up to her.  I like her as the unquestioned villain of the piece, she’s kind of great like that.  I just don’t like it when people are trying to say she’s not evil as fuck.

It’s not confirmed canon at this point.  I think there’s definitely some chemistry there, and it would be awesome if they confirmed it, but right now it’s still in “not NON-canon” territory.

What do you think about Hal and Alena being gay?

I’m super excited!  We need more representation of a variety of different races, sexualities, etc, and I think so far MtG has been doing a reasonable job of that.  The one thing I’m still holding out for right now is a little more diversity (especially in sexuality/gender identity) of the planeswalkers themselves.
