PHOTO-SHOOT TIMING FOR STEAMPUNK!STUCK KATSUCON 2015!

Hello all! SO, I have tentatively set a time for our photo-shoot. We will be meeting at 11 am on Saturday the 14th. We will be meeting in the front lobby of the Gaylord hotel (right by the hotel's check in desks). From there we will be going to the shoot location. If the weather allows, I think we will go walk down by the shore and do the shoot in the sand by the big metal hand. If its as snowy as it was last year however, we well have a plan B picked out a head of time. Thank you all so much for your cooperation! I can't wait to see you all there! We're still short some characters, so keep spreading THIS post to all the people who are going to Katsucon! We have such a rad group already and I cannot wait to see if we can nab a few more participants. Thank you guys!

Who is your favorite Homestuck character to RP and why.

The head nakkodile of LOHAC’s stock market, because he has such a tragic backstory already built in to work with. He has a family of little naks at home and he works around the clock just to scrape by. His wife died of heatstroke and now he has to slave to run the very establishment that worked her to the bone. Then here comes some jackhole of a kid who works every loophole there is to run everything into the ground.

I like to play him in an AU where he’s the only one who’s mildly aware of Dave’s temporal shenanigans but no one believes him that the kid is not to be trusted. Groundhog Day style if you will.

I was never in a high school production that DIDN'T feel like it was on the cusp of disaster. Don't worry. The worst dress rehearsals commonly lead to the best opening nights.

Rose made it a point to not give much weight to what Carl said, especially when he was drinking his tea, but, nonetheless, the words struck here as uncharacteristically harsh. She knew Carl to be kind - they were friends, if not all that close. 

She let out a fake laugh. "I know, Carl. I never expected anyone to."

She glanced at his cup, and she hoped it was the tea talking.
