This quote reminds me of Shonda Rhimes' commencement speech at Dartmouth's graduation ceremony last spring. The 1991 grad, who is known for writing and producing Grey's Anatomy and Scandal, told the students:

I went straight from Sacramento to Colorado Springs to finally figure out why 2014 has been such a struggle! I'm so grateful to the United States Olympic Training Center/Colorado Springs,CO staff for investing their time and energy into me. I finally know what's wrong and how to fix it!  I will be shutting it down for this year and enjoying being a "swim mom" while I get back to the old Shin.
