The more I look at the service dogs tag, the more I feel I'd benefit from one. I think I have this image in my head where only people with severe problems can have one (I know that's not necessarily true), and was always telling myself I couldn't have one because epilepsy wasn't a 'big enough' problem.
Anyway, the service dog tag kind of opened and broke that line of thought. There are people out there that are like me, with epilepsy, anxiety, depression, ptsd, etc, and they were able to get a dog. It kinda gives me both hope and courage to apply.
I've been looking at a few places for a while now, and I think I'm gonna send in the papers soon.
