Love the idea of overprotective 1234siblings like they get their emotions and free will back and decide they have to find and protect Sanji at all, because protecting him means protecting their mother's will and treasure.
I just love the idea of Sanji being way stronger than them like he is in cannon but them still being like , "Not my precious brother I must protect him at all costs"
Also as a consequence of their "my brother's emotions are precious and his heart is a treasure" mentally no one is good enough for Sanji in their eyes.
I just think it wold be funny them with the one piece equivalent of shotguns trying to protect a nuke.
Hey, sorry about the wait but I do love me a good '124ji get emotions' au. Shit fucking rocks.
But yeah, it is the equivalent of a bunch of shotguns trying to protect a nuclear bomb. There's a sun god and a demon on the crew but their brother is a literal nuke. He's terrifying. But after everything as children they are constantly growling and jumping into his fights. It's getting really fucking annoying actually. Sanji is half ready to send them to Zeff. Well mostly ready, he's really enjoying having nice brothers.
Also I feel like Niji always like had half of them but the rest barreled into him after WCI and he will sit by Sanji's legs when he's smoking outside, and they'll talk about it, and Niji always apologizes. It's always soft and quiet, and full of regret and hurt. Sanji doesn't say anything, just pats his brother's head and the blond roots before going to the galley, leaving his brother looking at the Grand Line through the posts holding the railing.
Yonji would probably tell stories about their mom, the few he has anyway, Reiju and Sanji have way more he always tells the crew. But he tells the stories he knows, repeats them at Luffy's request. Explains his mother's sacrifice to Nami privately who is crying angrily. She slaps him and he takes it. It's for everything during Tottoland. Zoro and Yonji are the moss patches and Sanji complains about them constantly. Especially since Yonji is younger than Sanji but so much bigger. Zoro does bait Sanji with that quite often. Yonji does use his hands to separate them often.
Ichiji and Sanji remain distant for a good while. Crown Prince and the failure. They're a lot more stiff and unsure around each other. I think Ichiji wouldn't really know what to do, because he's pissing off his brother and his crew, the other two aren't really listening to him, and he's ready to throw his hands up in the air. So he goes to Zeff before the others, takes a mandatory break because the chefs are making him before they start him out as a waiter. He gets pissed off easily and fights a lot of people. Zeff explains it to his regulars who the red head look alike for his boy is. A few of them mention it isn't fair considering he's twenty-one and Sanji was waiting at ten.
Ichiji always grips his order pad a little tighter, clenches his jaw just a tad more, and takes a walk on the outer deck. I always write about Mihawk, Garp, Buggy being regulars and I think all of them coming to see him at some point would be hilarious. Garp going outside to talk to Ichiji like he would Sanji, not that he would have mentioned Germa to the blond brother, but he does to Ichiji. Talks about how Sanji swallowed every bit of himself that wasn't productive. It was rare the kid wasn't hiding his anger and sadness but now that it's out, he doesn't have to. Ichiji thinks that's dumb until Zeff hugs Ichiji and he fucking bawls for a good twenty minutes.
Mihawk and Buggy probably make a few visits and talk to the runaway royal on their own time. The clown first, bringing Richie along to meet the wayward brother despite Zeff yelling about the lion. Richie piles on the half metal man like he would the Strawhat cook and Buggy talks about his time as a Roger brat like he did with Sanji. Buggy gives Ichiji a small, sad smile as Ichiji curls around the lion just like his brother used to. Mihawk gives him a few books, mentions Sanji and his dream and the questions he used to ask, even before just setting sail with Luffy. The cook's inquisitive nature well nurtured and adored at the restaurant.
So when Ichiji goes to visit his nuclear bomb of a brother, some even stronger than last time. He sighs, puts his hands on his hips because he should have seen it coming. Especially when he kicks a marine ship in half. Ichiji feels fucking useless watching that. Niji and Yonji say it's nice feeling useless like this, protected but wanted. Ichiji agrees.
really missing both asl + s (as brothers) AND good!0124, so why not mix both?
so, sanji & his siblings run away from germa after he spends the two years in the dunsheons while reiju, ichiji, niji and yonji think he's dead. it's the classic plot: sora's attempt to save her children works, even if only to let them have feelings.
they're running away, but a storm happens and sanji falls off the boat, he still has the helmet, his siblings couldn't take it off for now and would do as soon as they were far from the hell they were born in.
he stops on dawn island, near makino's bar. he's found by both makino & luffy. they call sabo, ace and dandan for help. everyone's stressed about this situation. they manage to take the helmet off, take care of his injuries and feed him. sanji's shaking & crying the whole time, muttering about his siblings & if they're alive.
sooo, time passes, he gets close to the asl brothers, becomes one of them and is dealing with the grief that his siblings are probably dead.
then, two years pass by. he's 10. some things happened. sabo's shitty father attemped to take him back but luffy's bio father saved, also he promised sabo would have a place on the rev army once he's 17. his blonde brother also has a scar. he opened up about germa and sora and his bio siblings and everything, and, wow, it wasn't as bad as he thought it would be. though his brothers are kinda protective now.
anyway, one day a boat stops by, baratie or whatever, and makino takes them there, things are nice, until sanji looks at the side and— reiju is there, looking at him already, wide eyed and crying. he freezes. whispers an almost impossible to hear to anyone but them "reiju...?" and that's it, it's over.
reiju runs, hugs him tight, cries while talking things he can't understand. brings attention to them. asl and makino are confused about this older, pink haired girl hugging sanji like she dreamed about doing so for years. ichiji, niji and yonji notice, and soon they're hugging sanji too, crying in a way to rarely do.
zeff notices his four kids hugging this blonde boy. he goes where they are, asks about it. his kids are talking all at once in north blue, but he gets the basic. it's sanji, the brother we mourned the loss of.
he sighs, looks at the womam and the 3 kids confused at the table. and calls them to go to a more private place. somewhere they could talk.
and they do, the five siblings explain things. a story everyone there was already aware of not as a whole.
baratie stays some more time there at dawn. the four are asking if sanji will come with them, but he tells them no, they will see & find each other again, but he will stay. they are sad, but also happy their oh so fragile brother has a safe place, a home.
everyone interacts, 0124ji and asl brothers get along well. the care they share for sanji a thing that makes them get along.

She doesn't know however, that their brother is alive after his funeral until Ichiji overhears some of the staff, saying they hope the prisoner finally starves. So he goes to investigate, he's the crown prince, no one will stop him but he hears a familiar voice cooing at something. Investigating further has him staring at a boy with a metal helmet who is staring back at him.
"Ichiji?" A whisper comes from the mask, a voice so familiar. "Is that you?"
"Sanji?" Ichiji has tears welling in his eyes. "You're alive?" He's at the bars reaching through and Sanji's reaching back as they hold each other. When Ichiji breaks away and manages to find the others to tell them. They're all glad he's alive but now they have to plan an escape and they do. They get him out and escape to some of the smaller ships and they run.
And they don't stop running. Fearing if they do Judge will find them. Punish them in new and horrific ways. And it's bad enough they can't get the helmet off. Feeding Sanji is a task because of it. Sanji tries his best to shrug them off but they don't let him. Sanji is a risk to them and he hates it but the way he and his brothers pile up is just like when they were toddlers and it's so nice.
Then a storm rages as they sail through and their small ship really isn't built for it. Sanji is too top heavy and he falls overboard. He doesn't hear the screams, can't see anything. Swims to survive as best as he can. And he washes up on Dawn Island, coughing and hacking up sea water. He looks around, and there's figures running to him. A woman and a boy. And he does what comes natural to him.
Running. He runs from them as they yell for him and Sanji trips and falls, still weak as the woman and boy grab him. They look horrified as he begs for his life. Sanji doesn't know what to do as the woman picks him up and they run into town screaming for help. Someone is on a denden and not too long after there's a big woman with two other boys with her running over to them. The older woman pulls out something from her pocket and gets to work on the helmet as Sanji shakes from fear. When it comes apart and falls to the floor, Sanji tries to run but is stopped so they can tend to his wounds.
Sanji keeps mumbling about his siblings and Ace looks at the younger, like he's trying to decipher something as Sabo is angry with Luffy and it makes Sanji flinch from them. Ace stays next to him though, trying to calm the kid down which is unusual for him. Sanji watches them, as they finish up. He's untrusting and once they say he's all patched up he just bolts and Ace yells about food so Makino and Dadan send him with some. It's weird how worried they are about the guy. So Ace goes and finds the kid with the wrapped bento he really would rather eat.
He finds Sanji, huddled up near the docks, he looks exhausted. He looks weird for a kid. Too tired, too bruised, too caught up in his own head. Ace shouldn't judge, given how he is.
"Hey dummy! Eat! Or you won't be strong enough to find whoever you're looking for." Ace tells him as he sets the bento next to him. It makes the kid flinch, he moves away fast from the sudden noise. Ace wrinkles his nose. "I'm not gonna hurt ya. You look beat up enough."
"Thank you." The kid whispers after a moment and takes it after Ace doesn't move closer or away.
"What's your name anyway? I'm Ace." Ace tells him as he sits.
"Sanji." The kid whispers. Ace nods and watches Sanji eat. He takes the box once the kid finishes and heads back. When he tells Makino and Dadan about Sanji they share a look the kids don't understand but they tell the boys he will need a friend, and to give him time and be gentle.
Which they don't quite understand but they do their best. The way Sanji flinches from them, finds new hiding spots. Especially when they get loud and start fighting. Sanji's too good at slipping away from them in the beginning, but over time starts warming up to them. He talks a bit about his siblings, about how they were already sailing on their own. But never about what they were escaping, never about who they were.
Eventually he starts sleeping in the tree house with them, they always comfort him during his nightmares, Ace and Sabo especially because they're so used to Luffy's already. They all stick to Sanji like glue, crushes growing strong and firm the more time they spend around the boy. And when they're in town with Makino, a strange ship docks. There's an old geezer and some others buying up a lot of produce and that's how they find out it's a restaurant.
Makino takes the boys as a treat for being good and helping around the bar. They stayed out of trouble, have helped with dishes and errands, it's time for a reward. They manage to get in and get a table and Sanji is excitedly looking around when he freezes, just like the mannequins in the nice part of town.
"Reiju?" He whispers making his tablemates look at him and then where ever his eyes are to see a pink haired girl, just as frozen, eyebrows curled the other way. Then he's hauled out of his chair by her as they hold onto each other, sobbing in their mother tongue which makes more colorful heads appear and then join the pile of crying and no one understanding them.
After a few minutes a peg legged man with a braided mustache and a huge hat comes out and the colorful heads are talking over each other to explain to the man what's going on. He puts up a hand and the kids quiet as Ace demands to know what's going on.
"He's the dead one?" The geezer asks to which four heads nod and the man sighs as he looks at people Sanji was sat with. "He's with you?"
"Yeah! And you can't have him!" Sabo shouts making Makino chastise him.
"Yeah, I'll tell Shanks if you take Sanji from us!" Luffy yells and Sanji tells him to be quiet as Makino puts her face in her hands, because Luffy would find a way.
"I ain't interested in a war with Red Hair, the kids are siblings. I'm Zeff, I own the place and raise the brats." The man introduces and Makino introduces herself and the boys. Zeff has the older waiters take them to a more private area so everyone can calm down, eat, hydrate, and then they can talk. And they do.
Everyone gets the story of being separated and what they've been up to and Yonji is about to fight Sabo for being so handsy with his brother, even though they're just holding hands, and it's becoming an issue with how protective the boys are of Sanji and his siblings still being just as protective too. Zeff and Makino share a look and Zeff tells his staff they're staying docked longer than normal.
Over their time docked the siblings keep trying to get Sanji to come with them but Sanji insists on staying with ASL, he's cooking, and he's cared for and a few nights all the kids are in the tree house, and Makino manages to snap a few pictures, one for her, one Dadan, one for Zeff, and finally one she mails to Shanks with no expectations of a response. She writes about ASL+S and Sanji's siblings and Zeff raising the four. She writes about the kids time together before Baratie departs with tears but promises of regular visits. She doesn't know if Shanks ever gets it, but the kids are happy. Even if ASL are all crushing on the blond and it's obvious from the way they hold him in the photo.
Robin has probably seen the siblings plenty of times, but, somehow she never conected that the cook of the crew was the polite girl that walked around Baroque Works and seemed to be one of Crocodile daughters (much to her surprise). Sanji also never noticed because Robin always had a hat on and was called "Miss All Sunday" by everyone.
She only notices this the day after Sanji telled she was one of the adopted kids of five Warlords. When herself, Sanji and Nami are sunbathing and the three boyfriends of the blonde and the redhead are around the deck, Robin is looking at Sanji and something just clicks, making her laugh and say "So, it was you, right?" at Sanji, making the blonde look at her confused and the other pay attention.
"What do you mean?" Sanji asks, "You and your siblings used to stay at Baroque Works sometimes, right? I was Miss All Sunday" Robin answers, making Sanji gasp and laugh, the same thing clicking in her own head. Much to the other four people around confusion.
"What are you two talking about?" Nami asks, looking both her girlfriend and the dark haired girl, "Well, I just noticed I already knew Sanji for 11 years" Robin says with a chuckle, making the others excetp the blonde ask WHAT?!
Then, she starts to tell. The times were she would just see them from afar, the times were the redhead (who she now knows is Ichiji) would go at her office to ask about history, the times were Sanji or the pink haired girl would help her with books, when one of them would ask something if she wasn't busy. Sanji is smiling remembering, and Luffy, Usopp, Zoro and Nami can't help but find it really cute.
After talking, Robin makes a comment about how cute Sanji and her siblings were. And also about how much the blonde and Reiju looked alike in appearence, except from the hair.
I love this so much. I do but I feel like Sanji would recognize Robin because I headcanon Sanji has Over Sensitive Observation Haki and just being raised by who she was she learned to identify everyone. So while Robin doesn't recognize her and it has been years from Sanji staying at Baroque Works because she moved to Baratie to work. Sanji never brought it up because hiding parentage and she figured she and Robin would catch up on eventually.
They didn't until after the time skip when the crew finds out who her parents are. She also has a foul mouth and is a true pirate now so Robin in her head is going 'blonde child + crocodile is one of her dads + siblings = Sanji was the smaller twin from Baroque Works' and Robin looks at her, because the three of them are in lounge chairs sunbathing with drinks Sanji had made. Sanji looks at Robin with cocked eyebrow as Robin is giggling to herself.
"Something funny, Robin?" Sanji asks.
"I just remembered you were the blonde child who would wander around Baroque Works. I can't believe I didn't make the connection until now." Robin laughs lightly with a big smile. Sanji just loses it.
"Huh? What's going on?" Nami asks, looking between them as the boys start keying into the conversation.
"I've just realized I've known Sanji for years." Robin answers. "You were so small back then. Your redhaired brother would often come find me for history books whenever he was in Alabasta."
"Ichiji was always fascinated with history, though I do suspect it had more to do with military tactics than interest in culture." Sanji nods. "Niji, the blue one, was the one who was interested in martial arts specifically and Yonji, the green one, was the one who made science based cooking, not in a nutritional sense but I think he would have done well with a chemistry set but I understand why he didn't have one." Sanji grins.
"Hold on, you know Sanji's siblings?" Zoro asks.
"Yes, well, being the adopted children of Sir Crocodile, my former boss, they would be in Alabasta from time to time. All of them were rather cute and adorable in their own senses." Robin says. "Sanji was almost the same size as her brothers, Bentham often enjoyed dressing her and Reiju up."
"Bentham?" Luffy asks.
"Bon Clay." Sanji and Robin answer in sync.
"What size was that?" Usopp asks with worry.
"Oh, you two were ten and your brothers were five? Maybe a little older?" Robin questions.
"FIVE?" Usopp yells drawing the other Strawhats out as Sanji looks at Robin with slight betrayal.
"Five what? Why is Usopp-bro yelling?" Franky asks.
"She knew Sanji when she was a kid! And Sanji was almost the size of her brothers who are five years younger!" Usopp yells. Jimbei starts laughing, full bellied and loud as everyone looks at him.
"She was rather small, used to fit in the palm of Doflamingo's hand. I believe Hancock has a photo somewhere of Mihawk threatening him while he has all five of the kids on him." Jimbei nods.
"Mmn, you and Reiju look very similar, almost identical if it weren't for the hair." Robin says.
"And the eyebrows." Sanji hums.
"There's family photos?" Zoro grins at Jimbei and Sanji.
"Absolutely not." Sanji snipes.
"A lot of family photos." JImbei grins back.
"You're both dead to me." Sanji gripes as Zoro grabs Sanji and throws her over his shoulder. "Hey!"
"You worried Usopp, so now we're going to go calm him down." Zoro responds as he grabs one of Usopp's hands to pull him.
"I'm coming too!" Nami yells as she gets up. "I was worried too." She pouts at Sanji who looks shocked and apologetic.
"I was ten!" Sanji defends herself. "Put me down!" She yells at Zoro.
"Luffy, we're going to cuddle, do you want to come?" Zoro yells at the captain as he starts heading to their room. Sanji is trying to get free but Zoro just holds her tighter.
"Huh? Yeah! Cuddle puddle!" Luffy cheers as he follows them.

Reiju and Sanji are twins in this AU, and 124ji are triplets and younger than canon. To explain, before the TS Reiju and Sanji are 19 and 124ji are 14, and after the girls are 21 and the boys 16. Sora still dies when Sanji is 6, but this time there are the triplets who are 1 year and something. Since Judge don't care about his kids and just makes servants care of them, both girls start to take care of their little brothers. After all, even if what killed Sora was the amount of poison she drinked during the triplets pregnancy to stop the experiments and still didn't work, Reiju and Sanji could never hate their boys.
They pratically raise them for some time, until Judge locks Sanji in the dungeon. Reiju can't stop crying, because her father told her that her twin sister died. But she tries her best to take care of the triplets, her sister and mother would want that.
Two years later, Sanji hears Judge talking about how these boys, even if strong, are too emotional just like their failure of a sister (Sanji), and about a experiment to turn them into real robots. Sanji panics, thinking about her now 3 years old little brothers turned into machines. She yells, so loud, and makes so much noise that Reiju hears. The pink haired princess is surprised and horrified, even more after hearing what Judge is planning.
They make a plan, and less than a week later, they act. Reiju steals two boats, alongside some things that they can sell. While Sanji, free from the dungeon and the helmet, takes 124ji and go at the second boat. Reiju sinks the first ship, faking the deaths of the five of them. And they set sail.
After that, Reiju and Sanji raise their brothers alone. Is it a good idea, letting two traumatized 8 years old raise three 3 years old? No, actually. But it's their only choice. They make it. The girls sell one item at a time to have berries and food. It's a small boat but it's comfy and safe for them.
They live this way during two years, until a storm where Sanji falls from the boat, and stops at the rock. She is panicking. But there's no option other than praying her siblings are alive and she will stay alive until help comes. She meets Zeff, who don't understand the way this kid is panicking until she tells that her and her twin sister have been raising their little brothers alone for two years.
Then they're saved be Dracule Mihawk, who is with her siblings. All the siblings are relieved to see Sanji. After this, Mihawk starts to take care about the kids and later on, 01234ji meet the Warlords Hancock, Jinbei, Crocodile and Doflamingo, who all the adults start to care about them like parents do.
Zeff keeps contact because he started to care for the eggplant and her siblings and tells about Baratie. Sanji wants to work there, truly, because her dream is become a chef and find the All Blue, but she don't say anything since she has to help Reiju with their brothers. But Reiju just... knows, she knows Sanji wants this, but her sister is as selfless as Sora was so she more their parents talk with her to tell that it's okay if she wants to go work there.
Sanji start to work at Baratie after this, with a lot of letter and calls and visits. Until when she's 19 and she meets this StrawHat boy and join his crew. Canon happens except that East Blue Polycule happens (before the TS). This is until after TimeSkip where a while after the crew meet at Sabaody and they're talking when Sanji mentions something about "having siblings" and the others are curious. So she tells about her twin sister, Reiju, and her young brothers, Ichiji, Niji and Yonji, that are just one year younger than Chopper.
At some point, Robin says that the maths doesn't make sense and then Sanji tells about her and her sister raising the triplets since the boys were 3. This surprise everyone because this means Sanji was 8 and raising her brothers. Then they just ask so much, that she talks about her bio father who is a abusive asshole and that both twins started to raise the boys after their mother's death when Sanji was 6 and 124ji were 1 year old.
It's shocking for everyone but also makes sense thinking about how much Sanji's "caring and protective older sister" insticts kick in when she's with Chopper.
WCI happens but after Judge talk shit about Sanji he asks about the "other failures" since they left too and Sanji don't answer. She don't want to do so. Then Wano and Jinbei, one of her adoptive fathers, is in the crew now. And she can't help herself but ask "how are my siblings doing?" without caring if all the crew is hearing and Jinbei answers "they're doing great, daughter!" with shocks everyone. The news that Sanji and her siblings were adopted by the Warlords (Boa, Mihawk, Jinbei, Crocodile and Doflamingo) when Sanji and Reiju were 10 and 124ji 5 years old comes after this.
And the crew can't help but find amusing how happy and soft Sanji look while hearing about her siblings, how Niji is better at the kicking fight style, how Ichiji seems to have more interest about swords everyday, how Yonji is liking to make clothes, how Reiju is even better at making poisons. It's clearly how she truly loves her siblings
Then, when the StrawHats make an alliance with the Cross Guild and go to Karai Barai, Sanji's partnes finally meet all of Sanji's parents and siblings.
The StrawHats really like the triplets and Reiju, and it's kinda easy to find some habits the boys get from Sanji after so much time of the twins raising them. It's also easy to see how much the triplets look up at the sisters in a "in between old sis/mom" way.
They also walk on a lot of moments between the siblings, like Sanji teaching Niji a strong kick, baking with Yonji, reading a book with Ichiji, letting Reiju do her hair. It makes them warm, specially Luffy, Usopp, Zoro and Nami.
Okay, that's a lot but it's so good. Let's get crackin' with the Warlord!Vinsmokes. Sounds like a total fucking shitshow on all ends tbh and Mihawk has to be going grey so fucking fast, he has streaks full on rogue streaks during most of this. Okay. Also noticed an issue with the math if 124ji are five years younger that makes them one year older than Chopper, hope it's okay I went with that?
Reiju and Sanji being twin girls, Reiju a success more so than her younger twin. While both have emotions it seems far more innate to Sanji than Reiju who seems to have learned from Sora and Sanji during her younger years before she was banned from seeing Sora. Then they are introduced to their little brothers when they are five: Ichiji, Niji, and Yonji. They are named by what their powers were supposed to be hence them being out of order but it doesn't really matter, Sanji is deemed a failure either way. Especially after Sora dies and Sanji can't stop crying, she and Reiju have been taking care of their brothers since they were born basically. Sanji is six when she is thrown in the dungeon with her helmet and left to rot. Reiju is mourning her mother and her sister while trying to help raise her younger brothers and do as Judge orders. She is strung thing and wrapped around the triplets fingers. They don't know better, they're one, they don't know where their other sister is, don't really remember her. They do their best to comfort Reiju, which if you've ever been comforted by a toddler you know it's either the best or the worst, when she's crying.
Judge is wandering the dungeon discussing plans with some scientists when he mentions the boys, now three, are deemed failures like she is and the next experiment should fix that. Sanji screams, she's finding out she's been trapped for two years and their father plans to destroy the humanity of her baby brothers. It's loud and heart wrenching and earns her a beating from her father before he leaves. Reiju finds her later, eyes wide and filling with tears as Sanji cries at seeing her sister as well. The reunion is short and sad and Reiju is furious as she starts hatching a plan to get them out. When the plan is formed and prepped and arranged she gets Sanji and her brothers, Sanji and the triplets loaded into one boat and the other set off at the same time as Reiju makes it to her siblings and sinks the other one. They watch their home sink into the horizon as they leave and hold their brothers, who don't have memories of Sanji, ask Reiju who she is and what's going on. Reiju explains as best as she can to them, but they're three, they don't have the brain capacity to really understand exactly what's going on, just know they're going to be safe but it's going to be hard for a while. They travel for a while, selling jewelry to keep their boat in good condition and have food. It's going okay, surprisingly, for how young they are, they don't know if Judge is after them, can't find much in the papers and try not to think too hard about it. Then a storm hits and Sanji is thrown from the boat. They were near a pirate battle during the storm, could hear the cannons roar over the harsh winds and thunder.
Sanji wakes up on a rock with a geezer who is staring at her and she's staring back. He asks her about her dream and she remembers all the books she had servants bring her to the dungeon, the All Blue fresh in her mind and a good lie to avoid death by this old man of a pirate. He nods and tosses her the food bag and says he'll keep watch on the other side of the rock. Sanji rations her food out, she and Reiju used to rationing their shares to make sure the triplets could eat, now five as the eleven year old stares out over the sea and waits. Waiting for a boat, a few pass that can't see her or hear her. When she goes to find Zeff, crazed with hunger and finds the bag of treasure she starts sobbing and asking why. Why would he save her? Her? He answers they share the same dream. Sanji can't believe someone outside of her siblings would be kind to her, it's unrealistic in her eyes. When the next boat comes and Sanji is screaming, voice hoarse and dehydrated she thinks she's hallucinating when she sees the colorful heads below her with a man who is known to be extremely powerful on the seas. How they ended up with him is for later as they're saved. The five year olds piling on Sanji and demanding answers as Mihawk tends to Zeff and gets Reiju to set the sails and get them out of there. Mihawk helps Reiju when he's done so Reiju can check on her twin. Zeff is watching this all go down and asks Mihawk a few questions about how he got four brats, five now, technically. He answers there was a storm, likely the same one that put him and Sanji on the rock, where he found four kids crying and screaming in the rain for their sister as their boat filled with water and getting ready to capsize. So he fished them out and took them with him. Sanji is blinking at her siblings who are on top of her as Reiju scans over her sister and then holds her as well. Sanji is almost the same size as her siblings. With Zeff dropped off with a doctor and Sanji checked over and everything they thought confirmed, the five are taken with Mihawk to Kuriagana. Sanji is taken to Reiju's room, which only has one bed but that doesn't seem to bother the girls as Reiju pulls Sanji into her bed to sleep. Mihawk gets the boys settled as much as he can with the excitement of their sister joining them on the island. Sanji is jumpy because a powerful man is once again raising her and she flinches when he approaches too fast and quietly, when he raises a hand to her without making his intent known. Mihawk doesn't ask questions, just makes sure to announce his presence and ask her questions and if he can touch her. She recieves letters which she and Mihawk respond too, as he had seemed to grow fond of the blonde while they were on the rock and Sanji talked about cooking. He is getting ready to open a restaurant and has invited them to opening day. They go and 124ji enjoy the hustle and bustle of the establishment and it's fish shape as each of the now six year olds are paired with an elder to keep an eye on them. Sanji is particularly doted on by the staff and Zeff.
When Mihawk becomes a Warlord he wants to trust the five of them alone but he also knows Zeff will never let them to Baratie again if he does leave them on Kuriagana alone for an indeterminate amount of time so he takes them to the meetings with him, leaving them in the inn they're staying at for the first few until 124ji beg to come, they don't throw a fit but they can't go around town alone and the inn is boring and they're losing their minds. Father, please? So Mihawk relents and takes them as long as they promise to be quiet and behave because that means they get to leave sooner than later and go home. The triplets cheer as the twins giggle and they head off to the meeting. The other warlords stare at Mihawk and his children who come in and set up in the corner with coloring books. It goes fine for most of the meeting until the boys start fighting and Reiju and Sanji can't get them to calm down and so Mihawk excuses himself for a moment and goes and calms them down, and by that he takes Niji and Yonji back to the table with him, one under each arm as they're pouting. Crocodile asks him what the fuck he's doing and Mihawk explains his triplets begged to come and Mihawk let them if they behaved, they aren't behaving so their punishment is to sit at the table and listen to boring pirate topics. When Hancock asks about the girls Mihawk says they are utter darlings but he is trying to get them back into being children, it's a task. Jinbei nods and says that's part of his duties with the Sun Pirates and he is more than willing to help, as is Boa. Sir Crocodile keeps his mouth shut as Doflamingo takes one of the boys from his. Red eyes meet blue and Doflamingo asks where he even got the kids and Mihawk explains he fished Reiju and the triplets out of the ocean and found Sanji on a rock and it was pure coincidence to find their missing sister with Zeff on the rock, also the girls are twins despite the obvious size difference. Something happened and he hasn't pried. Once the meeting is finished and Mihawk is getting the kids ready to leave when four warlords approach and offer to take them to lunch which makes the boys cheer as Sanji hides behind Mihawk and Reiju stands guard. Hancock tries to get Sanji out from behind Mihawk but Croc tells her to stop scaring the kid. Mihawk asks the kids and the boys agree and Reiju nods her head wearily after making eye contact with Sanji. So they get lunch and Jinbei and Doffy play with the kids as Hancock asks what the girls are dressed in and says they need real clothes. Crocodile agrees all the kids need real clothes so now they're shopping much to Mihawk's dismay. The girls finally have some dresses and outfits that aren't for training, same with the boys. Mihawk sighs as he's told the kids are expected now, even by Crocodile. Jinbei and Hancock agree with the earlier assessment of the girls being utter darlings.
Over time they are entrusted to, or kidnapped by the other warlords when Mihawk has missions he needs to go on, when he doesn't have a choice in favor of his bounty being kept frozen so that he and the kids can still be peaceful more often than not. Baroque works loves the kids, Bon Clay still has the soft spot for dressing Sanji up but this time Reiju gets to join. Doflamingo has even more kids for the kids to play with and train with. Jinbei trains them in haki and meditation and starts them with fishman karate because it'd be a useful fighting style for them all to learn. Hancock tries to give them all extra education and teaches Sanji more kicks and martial arts that focus on legs specifically at Zeff and hers request. Easy enough to follow. Over time they all grow to adore the kids even more, they don't spoil them, heavens no. They are loved and adored though, spoiled with care from the five adults actively raising them and the man that is basically their grandfather who has Sanji helping at the restaurant until she's old enough to work there full time. She gets lots of calls, letters, visits from all of her family and it's vastly different from her time in Germa she sometimes doesn't believe it. Despite everyone telling her how proud they are and how loved she is. Mihawk, unknown for affection does place forehead kisses on her and Reiju on their eighteenth birthday with hugs to both of them, telling them how lucky he is they are his daughters. Especially with how much convincing it took from everyone to even get Sanji to take something for herself. Selfishness does not come easy to her, sure she wants things, wants experiences but she's always taking a backseat to her siblings, to her brothers and Reiju who are also telling her it's okay, that they're glad she's working and happy there. It's all they've wanted for her. She still doesn't take, she's smoking much to everyone's displeasure but at least she has a vice they suppose.
When Luffy destroys the Baratie and her father is visiting and lets some green haired guy live and leaves without so much as word to her and she joins the crew. Everything goes as canon for a while, just Sanji's a girl and it's known and she starts dating the other members of the crew before they hit the Grand Line. Does she break her back on Drum? Yes. Does anyone really know this? Nope, it's really just Chopper. She fights hard and is strong willed and it was her parents pride with how strong willed she and her siblings are to survive what they have. Then Sabaody happens and Zoro is transported to Kuriagana and looks at a pinkhaired Sanji and Ghost Girl staring at him as Mihawk is preparing to leave and tells the girls to take care of him. When he comes to he looks at Pink Sanji and asks when she changed her hair, he liked the blonde better and Perona and Reiju laugh at him thinking she's Sanji. They leave him be and Reiju leaves Kuriagana to stay out of the way.
When the crew gets back together Sanji makes an offhanded comment about siblings and Zoro mentions seeing a pinkhaired her on Kuriagana and Sanji laughs and mentions her sister and that's probably who he saw. When Zoro asks why she would be there Sanji just shrugs and says she doesn't know why she was there, she thought Reiju would be with their brothers. Robin asks how old her brothers are and Sanji mentions they'd be sixteen, that she and her twin sister raised them since the boys were one until she was forced to be absent due to some extenuating circumstances until the boys were three and they were reunited and on their own fully, two eight year olds sailing and raising three three year olds and everyone immediately shows concern, especially because her siblings were not at the Baratie with her. Sanji just smiles and doesn't let out who her parents are but it makes a lot of sense why she's fairly protective of Chopper, who's just a year younger than her brothers. Everyone is concerned about what's she said and the way she shrugs off what's happened to her. She's just happy to be with her partners again as she, Nami, Usopp, Luffy, and Zoro go to the captain's quarters to sleep and cuddle and be together again, they've all changed, but they're still them. Even after what's happened, even if Ace lived thanks to several warlords. One of which they see on Fishman Island and he seems close to both Luffy and Sanji for different reasons, the touches fatherly to both of them but one far more comfortable to the blonde than the straw hat.
When Sanji sacrifices herself for her partners and crew and deals with Germa alone for the most part, taking beatings from Judge at her arrogance for being alive. Sanji stares at the girl she's supposed to marry, the same age as her brother's which is kind of gross. She doesn't like the whole situation that's going on, even after she beats Luffy and tries to leave the crew twice over her time there and fights against and with Germa at separate points she sees one of her fathers coming to help the escape. Nami and Luffy hold her once they're relatively safe and headed to Wano, even as Judge lays into her for her brothers and sister being failures with her, asking if they're dead. Which they're not and she says so, but he'll have to work to get to them and it won't be easy. He'll lose if he tries. Judge glares as he leaves her with her partners and crew and she's so exhausted as she's closed in on. When they reach Wano and everyone is reunited Jinbei scolds Sanji lightly that this is not how they raised her. Sanji laughs and asks how her siblings are and Jinbei laughs and tells her they are well, that they are with one of her other parents as he's lost track of who is where and what is going on with them all. Luffy asks what that means and Jinbei raises a curious eyebrow as Law comments he thought she was raised by that one old guy in the East Blue with a fish shaped restaurant. Sanji says that's her grandfather but she and her siblings were raised by five of the seven warlords of the sea and she's helped take down two of them because it's funny and would make them proud. Robin realizes she's the triplets older sister and she's the Sanji Crocodile had talked about and how he was raising five brats with four of the other warlords including Doflamingo. So Robin asks why Doflamingo still tried to kill her and she answers it was more of a test against her and the crew. Sanji is of course waving this all off because she was raised by the man and it was far better than Judge and Germa and her parents were decent for who they are. Zoro confirms Mihawk is one and Jinbei has already confessed to being one and the last one is Hancock who Luffy complains about her being obsessed with him despite him dating four people. When Jinbei asks which four and Luffy names the East Blue crew, he just nods and says he approves but that is up to Sanji's other parents and her siblings to be responsible for shovel talks, he will not partake. Wano goes well luckily, even with the raid suit she discovers was slipped in somewhere enacting her modifications she didn't know she had. When it's all said and done and she's supposed to be injured like the other two thirds of the trio but isn't she just feels slightly despondent. She covers it well as they celebrate and party and she does what she does best which is cook and care for others.
When the head to Karai Bari for an alliance with the Cross Guild despite Nami, Luffy, and Zoro's hatred for the clown and Croc, which she gets whole heartedly after becoming friends with Vivi but she's just so excited to see her family again on friendly terms and see her brothers. She's so fucking pumped as they make landfall and the triplets welcome them to the Cross Guild as they crowd her once they're on solid land and Mihawk is also there to greet them with a soft smile on his face as she tells him the cat's out of the bag, and they all know he's one of her dads. He rolls his eyes as he pulls her into a hug and says it's good to see her alive and well and that with Jinbei here the whole family is there. The boys are cheering as they act more like twelve-year-olds than sixteen-year-olds like they should be. Especially for children of the Warlords and Sanji is just smiling and listening to their stories as Niji complains no one is teaching him like they taught her and she says he needs to ask Mama not their dads about kicks. Besides he was taught Fishman Karate too, and while she doesn't use the actual martial art of it she does incorporate it into her repertoire but she will spend time with him to train as Jinbei leans into Mihawk and whisper some things to him which makes him frown heavily and flick his eyes to the crew as they find Buggy and the other former Warlords.
Are the East Blue crew given a multitude of shove talks? Yes. Do they mind? Yes, except for Luffy who laughs at them all. Sanji spends a lot of time with her siblings and parents and the crew notices habits she's picked up from them and what her brothers have picked up from her. Niji likes to fight with her style, Yonji likes to cook like her but doesn't want to make it a whole career like she does, just likes to use it like its science which in a way is right but she watches in horror sometimes at what he's doing. Ichiji seems to be coming up in a very military way because he wants to help protect those he cares for especially after what happened to Amazon Lily and everything. Sanji says that's understandable and Ichiji asks what it was like seeing their birth father again and Sanji says it wasn't great. Says it was a lot like growing up there and Ichiji frowns because he and their brothers don't remember and Sanji says that's good, that was her and Reiju's goal but Ichiji points out she has to deal with it. Sanji just ruffles his hair and leaves it at that. She lets Reiju dress her up and do her hair. Compared to what the rescue team saw and heard this is a complete 180, which they're thankful for, because they see people pushing Sanji to be selfish just like they have.
Okay but- have you think about just ONE of Sanji brothers being good? Like, Ichiji. The most perfect son. The future king of Germa. Ichiji, the first prince. Who has emotions just like Sanji (even if he struggles with them unlike the blonde) and never, ever punched him before, always intenting to subtly stop Niji and Yonji from beating him up. He wishes he could do more, but he can't now.
Until their mother dies and Judge locks his dear younger brother.
It's like something scream to him that he should get Sanji fucking out of here and leave alongside. And he hears. He saves his dear brother and run away, both, together.
And then, both where rescued by Mihawk and the Warlord!Sanji happens, but with Ichiji too.
Unlike the blonde, he really don't like interacting and prefers to stay hidden/with his parents (mostly Dracule and Croc). He gets surprised when the news about Portgas D. "Fire Fist" Ace being Sanji's boyfriend comes out during Marineford, but he helps stop the execution.
God, anon, this is fucking gold I love it. Holy shit. I love your brain. It got out of hand and like Ichiji is too important for it to be just glanced over.
Ichiji who just can't wrap his head around why they're different but knows he needs to protect Sanji and save him. He may be the Crown Prince, superseding his older sister for whatever awful reason and doesn't understand his emotions like Sanji does and Sora tries to help. Ichiji who helps Sanji get patched up when he can't stop Niji and Yonji and Reiju turns her head and scoffs. Then their mother dies.
Then Sanji dies.
Except he's not dead. He's in the dungeon with a helmet and Ichiji feels the pure rage and eventually breaks them both out and breaks the helmet of Sanji who is so much smaller than he should be. They work on the Orbit and when Zeff attacks and saves them on the rock it takes Ichiji much longer to starve than Sanji but he does. They find Zeff who gave his leg for them and their dreams, for Sanji to find the All Blue and Ichiji to be there for his brother and find his way in life.
When Mihawk picks them up he's absorbing the information he is given and suddenly has two kids coming with him to Kuraigana and they're twins but completely different sizes and Ichiji tells him everything about Germa and what's been happening to them. Mihawk is just staring at the brothers in both disbelief and horror and decides he's not going to really let them out of his sight.
The first Warlord meeting they attend with Mihawk, Sanji is still hiding in Mihawk's coat and Ichiji is glaring at them from Mihawk's side with crossed arms. Everyone is looking at the children but the meeting is normal except for the children reading under the table. The meeting takes forever and they fall asleep and Doffy pulls them both out because he's long, not only is he tall he's just long and when he looks at Mihawk because this is some typa shit Doffy has pulled, like he has kids that he acquired somehow.
"Would you believe they're twins?" Mihawk asks dully as Doffy holds them.
"What the fuck did you do to them?" Crocodile asks.
"They came like that." Mihawk sighs.
"Did you buy children?" Boa asks with anger.
"No, I saved them and Redleg from a rock and they came with me." Mihawk responds. The warlords stare at them. "They're also the presumed dead princes of Germa."
"Hawkeye, with all due respect, what were you thinking?" Jinbei asks as he rubs his temples.
"I don't know." Mihawk answers truthfully.
The next meeting the other four have managed to pull together some things maybe the boys will like. Maybe. There's some drawing stuff, more laid back children's books, a book of maps. The boys are staring at them but give their thanks as they settle in for the meeting and afterwards the warlords try to talk to them but Ichiji answers mostly. Sanji hiding behind him, nervous, as the elder talks to the most dangerous pirates of the seas about their dreams.
When Mihawk goes on the job Croc still takes them first. Sanji and Ichiji are enamored with Anna and the bananawanis and they get along great with her and it's actually really nice for them to have a pet, even for a short period of time that isn't trying to kill them and eat them. At some point Ichiji shoots lasers at somebody who got a little too close. No one was hurt but Baroque works is staring at the kid with confusion as Ichiji shrugs them off. When Crocodile asks the only answer he is given is a shrug by Mihawk.
Then Doffy kidnaps them because there's another job and everyone is arguing over the laser kid and his little cook of a brother and who gets to take them. Doffy sees an opportunity and just takes them without anyone noticing and gets them lunch before they leave and he strings along the city making them laugh. Baby 5 and Ichiji love sparring and Sanji is allowed in the kitchen at his pleasure. When Doffy is holding the three of them to put to bed he can feel a weird feeling in his chest and he doesn't like it. He killed his brother he doesn't want to kill them too.
While Jinbei has them he teaches them about meditation and learns a lot about them because he is much calmer than the previous warlords. He calmly takes Ichiji's worry and agression as he trains them. Ichiji is fiercely protective because of their past. Jinbei simply acknowledges this and says he does need to let Sanji move forward, for both of them to be their own person. Sanji says he should find his own dream and as much as he loves Ichiji his life shouldn't revolve around protecting him. Their mother would have wanted him to be free too and if he's tied to Sanji that isn't freedom. Ichiji thinks a lot about that and decides he's still going to protect Sanji or will beat up whoever beats Sanji up. Jinbei laughs full bellied and loud and says that's a good start and asks if there's anything he likes to do. Turns out Ichiji has been getting a lot of use out of the drawing supplies and Jinbei nods. Of course the brothers have picked artistic talents of their own, similar yet distinct enough to be their own.
When Boa gets them she's going to treat them like the little princes they were except they don't really have clothes for boys there. So they're put in dresses and extra flowy pants and shirts. Boa smiling and taking care of them as they adjust to being royalty where it's not a fight to death or being on edge that they're going to be attacked. Boa and her sisters explain that most royal systems are not like Germa. They find they like the styles of the shirts and pants and dresses better than a lot of things they've worn and they have the ability to show their differences because they've mostly just been dressed in the same type of training clothes. So to be able to not be in training clothes or numbered like in Germa is huge to them and Ichiji runs around with Sanji on his back and they're laughing on the beaches of Amazon Lily and Boa smiles as she puts their joy into her mind forever.
They grow up well loved and doing what they love. Perona fully adopts them as her baby brothers and dolls them up. She's four years older than them and takes them out for the boring parts of warlord meetings/parent hand overs. She is the cool goth older sister who absolutely buys them cigarettes. She, Baby 5, and Ichiji have also somehow formed a makeshift gang that follows Sanji much to his displeasure but it's so fucking funny for laser beams to fry a Marine's cap when they're getting a little too close to Sanji. Or when Sanji is working a waiter or dishwasher or whoever. No matter what the parents say.
Except they miss when Sanji sets off and Ichiji pouts on Kuraigana for months. Sanji doesn't call or write and his poster is fucking awful. When he and Mihawk go to Ace's execution after Perona and Zoro arrive and Ichiji avoids him so that he doesn't wig the swordsman out. During the war his transponder goes off from Mihawk.
"Fire Fist is dating Sanji." Is all that's said so Ichiji joins the fray with his laser eyes. They save Ace and Luffy get them out. He goes with Crocodile after the war. Eventually on Karai Bari when the Strawhats and Ace, newly a part of the crew, show up. Ace and Luffy point at Ichiji and say that he's the red Sanji from Marineford.
"So you guys got Dad arrested, and Mama is dealing with the whole Navy thing by herself and Pops is on your crew?" Ichiji asks Sanji.
"On top of waging war against two emperors which one is dead, and the other is just...fucked up, I guess." Sanji nods.
"You have anything cool now?" Ichiji asks.
"I can sky walk and set myself on fire." Sanji nods.
"Fucking shit if Boa sends her damn snake on us, I'm feeding it to Anna." Crocodile grouses.
"There are much bigger things to deal with." Mihawk assures Crocodile. "For example, Fire Fist needs a proper shovel talk and I'm leaving that up to you both." Mihawk says he leaves.
"Oh right." Ichiji grins as Ace looks at Sanji.
"He helped me escape Tottoland, he doesn't need a shovel talk!" Sanji defends.
"Wrong." Crocodile and Ichiji retort as Sanji sighs and everyone starts asking who the fuck raised them.
Thinking about Warlord!1&3ji au with the East Blue Polycule
Everything goes the same except Sanji is dating Luffy, Nami, Usopp and Zoro. The story goes like the au, until WCI.
Ichiji hears about the Vinsmokes kidnapping Sanji and decides to go back to the North Blue, save his brother. They said that anything Vinsmoke related they would deal together, after all.
When he arrives, he finds the Sanji rescue team. Luffy and Nami thinks he is one of the assholes who kidnapped their boyfriend and Ichiji has to explain that no! He's not one of them! He's here to save his brother! And what do you two mean "your boyfriend"?
After some time, both Nami and Luffy accept what he's saying and go to try and save Sanji again, but with 1ji. Sanji (who can't stop thinking that if Ichiji is in danger bc, if they find him, what prevent that they'll not try to kidnapp his brother?) is in a mix of relief and concern when he sees Ichiji, because, yes, he is happy that his brother is there, but also he shouldn't be there. His brother should be safe.
Things go pretty much the same as canon except Ichiji is good and helping to save Sanji (and yes, he freaks out and gets angry when he sees the cuffs) and both Nami & Luffy are two of Sanji's partnes.
When Sanji says he wants to save their siblings and father, Ichiji don't know if he agrees or find this idea stupid. But he agrees. Even if he does find the idea half stupid.
After they get Sanji out, during the run at the ship with Big Mom attacking them and the Vinsmokes, Ichiji's boat is destroyed. Seeing this, the StrawHats let Ichiji go with them in the ship.
Then Judge comes to talk shit about Sanji and after he does he sees Ichiji. And yes, he talk shit about the red head too but he's also saying that, if Ichiji wants, he still can go back to the Vinsmokes and have the title of "Crown Prince" again. Ichiji yells Judge to fuck off, he's not going back, never! He don't give a fuck about the title or the power! He was always treated like a machine or a object but never a person! Judge says that this what he is, what both of them are, Judge's experiments and creations. Now 1&3ji yell Judge to fuck off and that they aren't machines or Vinsmokes, they are themselves!
When the crew + 1ji are in the ship, Nami asks why Ichiji isn't a asshole like their brothers and both 1&3ji explain their past. Everything. After, Ichiji asks what they meant by "Sanji's boyfriend and girlfriend" and they tell that, well, they and two more of their crewmates are dating.
Wait, wait that's so funny. Perona just left Kuraigana and Ichiji is looking at Mihawk and showing him the only alive poster and says he's going to get his brother and just fucking leaves. He probably makes it to Tottoland before the Strawhats rescue team and is trying to figure out how to go get his brother when he runs into the rescue team. They immediately attack Ichiji despite him being dressed like Mihawk or Hancock and Luffy is on him demanding to know where Sanji is as the navigator has her staff pointed, a skeleton has a sword at his neck. There's decent amount of Minks ready to kill him too.
Ichiji is looking at them all and is like 'sanji rescue team? Cool, I'm here to help' and Luffy asks how he knows his boyfriend. Nami thumps Luffy and says he can't just say that but Luffy says he's her boyfriend too and Ichiji is going to deal with that later. He will but he explains he and Sanji left a long time ago and he and Sanji have a promise to each other and there's people who are going to be pissed if he doesn't get his brother so now he's on the rescue team.
Then they find Sanji whose face is stone cold and emotionless but his eyes are windows and he's just...broken. Ichiji knows that from when he was younger as Sanji's kicking the shit out of Luffy who's not fighting back. Ichiji wants to shout and ask him what their parents would think but he doesn't and he watches his human of a brother leave. Their siblings and sperm donor looking at him. Ichiji is telling them that Sanji is here against his will and he's not sure what they have over him but they'll figure it out. For now they need to figure something out.
Ichiji gets the run down of Luffy and Nami dating Sanji and each other. Ichiji just wondering if he should mention the weirdly divorced-but-never-married-but-at-least-two-of-them-fucked parentage he and Sanji were raised in. Not even to mention Uncle Zeff and the Baratie. It's a lot. There's a lot going on and is Luffy already starving? What the fuck? Actually no it tracks from what Uncle Zeff said. And Jinbei. When Sanji comes back with food for them all and says he can't come back to crew but Luffy calls him dumb and asks what Sanji wants and Sanji breaks down just like when they were kids and says he wants to go home to the Sunny and to save their blood. Ichiji calls him dumb but they agree and the follow the plan, mostly, not really.
It's going fine, really, until Big Mom wants cake so Sanji takes Pudding to go make cake to try to help the escape efforts and it works! It's fine, mostly. Jinbei shows up and Ichiji's boat is destroyed so he's welcomed onto the Sunny. Niji drops Luffy and Sanji onto the Sunny and uh...Ichiji is confused as he leaves and then Judge shows up. And starts shit talking them.
He asks Ichiji to come back and become the Crown Prince again, to leave the failure behind once and for all. There is no ill will against him but Ichiji just lowers his sunglasses and asks Sanji if Judge is serious because he can't be. After everything? Damn he's dumb. So when Judge leaves Sanji asks if Ichiji is coming to Wano and Ichiji says he doesn't think he has much of choice because the odds of someone coming to get him right now is basically null and he needs to give his partners a shovel talk.
Luffy says it's not fair for Zoro and Usopp to not get one. Sanji says they'll explain everything and do the shovel talk. So Sanji convinces him to wait until Wano to give a shovel talk, to make it fair. Ichiji does, much to his dismay. So they get to Wano, Luffy immediately goes to fight Kaido while everyone is confused about red Sanji. Ichiji and Sanji explain they're twins but Nami says they're quads but he's the good one and apparently they need a shovel talk when Luffy gets back.
And they do all get a shovel talk courtesy of Ichiji and the four parents not there. Although Jinbei looks confused at what the red one is doing and Sanji explains it to him and Jinbei says they should probably explain to the crew what's going on and Sanji sighs and agrees. Ichiji laughs and hooks an arm around the smaller one and says their parents have been awfully worried about him since that only alive bounty came out and two of their dads have been making non stop phone calls trying to figure it out. Zoro asks what the hell they're talking about so the brothers explain their past.
They explain the escape from Germa, the rock, their parents. Sanji is rubbing his neck as his partners and crew stare at him in disbelief until they remember the warlords helped at the execution and then they still beat the shit out of Doffy and Doffy beating the shit out of him. Brook just asks why he would do that which makes Ichiji ask Sanji what the skeleton is talking about and Sanji tells them. Ichiji is laughing so hard.
"So not only did you trick Croc and help take Alabasta back for Vivi but you basically did the same thing in Dressrosa and Wano because some guy has a grudge match?" Ichiji asks breathless with laughter.
"Said guy saved my captain when he got lava punched." Sanji points out.
"So you got any cool Germa powers?" Zoro asks the red one.
"I can shoot lasers out of my eyes." Ichiji says.
"And I'm the liar?" Usopp mutters as a red beam flies past him. "Holy shit!" Usopp cries as Zoro pulls him close.

You can read more about fishman Yonji here. But I can(and will, right now) expand on it. I said Yonji stays in Fishman Island to work on politics, to help with the tensions between humans and fishmen and Sanji will send home recipes after he goes to work at Baratie. Yonji is very skilled at Fishman Karate and Jinbei is very pleased with his younger son. He doesn't join the Sun Pirates, instead he helps the king and is actually a good friend of Princess Shirahoshi and studies intensely to be of use in his role of the court.
I think he would join Jinbei when he goes to WCI to leave the Sun Pirates. Yonji goes as a representative for the kingdom, of which he and Sanji are technically a part of. Also they've renounced the Germa Kingdom to pledge allegiance to the Fishman Kingdom as children therefore Judge technically can't marry Sanji off because they ran away after Sanji was declared dead and they declared Yonji dead not long after so there's a lot of technicalities they don't necessarily care about because pirates and Judge and it's so funny to see their faces as Yonji rattles this all off. Reiju looks positively gleeful at how smart they've become, Ichiji and Niji look confused, why would Yonji-who looks like he should be functioning like them, fighting against them.
It's just when they were kids Sanji always tried to be best big brother, always throwing himself in harms way to protect his little brother, read him stories, help him train even if Yonji is stronger than him. Always cooking for Yonji and complaining when he gets taller than Sanji. Sure, it was tough and Yonji hated watching Sanji take the brunt of a lot of things he didn't have to but Yonji is thankful anyway. So Yonji is going to return the favor now.
Yonji is going to be pleased to watch Germa fall, and watching it fall with Sanji is all the better.
Okay uh- the same anon from Warlord!Sanji+Ichiji, but this time for a Good!Niji and Good!Yonji au.
Good!Niji is pretty much the same as Good!Ichiji, he never beat Sanji up and always intent to subtly stop the other two. He runs away with his young brother and is saved not by Mihawk from the rock, but for the Whitebeards. So this turns into a Shirohige!Sanji+Niji thing.
Good!Yonji is similar too, instaed Sanji is his older brother. He is saved alongside his sibling from the rock for Jinbei. So y'know, Fishman!Sanji+Yonji.
(All if them have Acesan, though. And obvisiously they're protective as hell with Sanji)
I love the Good!124ji. I love Sanji having good siblings. Also Shirohige!Niji coming back like in the blue! series.
Niji and Sanji being brought to the Shirohige and Sanji is still the baby because he's a few minutes younger and Niji is modified. I personally headcanon that Niji has poor eyesight hence the goggles so he is given real glasses while Sanji is stuck in sunglasses from the glare of the ocean. They are both the last brats and the last babies aboard and everyone is smitten with having them around. Marco is of course giving them the best care he can White Beard does carry them around a lot. Like an absurd amount truthfully. This does however encourage the others to also do this but it's really fun when they're in Marco's talons and being flown around.
When Ace joins Niji isn't particularly fond of the new guy calling his little brother 'blondie' or how flustered it made Sanji. Despite them both already having hefty bounties for new pirates, Ace is still relatively green and when he comes up as a commander Niji and Sanji join the Second Division and when Teach kills Thatch they're all off on the hunt. Niji understands that Ace and Sanji are dating but refuses to acknowledge it most of the time. Except at Marineford when they all think Sanji died.
When the three of them officially join the Strawhat Pirates and Ace and Sanji are given their own room again Niji full cocks Sanji for the dead thing. After Niji is calmed down about that Sanji is like 'wanna see a new trick' and starts sky walking. Niji immediately tries to shock his little brother. Ace is laughing so hard he's choking and wheezing. When they meet Jinbei for real Ace is like 'this is my husband, Sanji. This is his older brother, Niji. Sanji can set himself on fire without a fruit and Niji has electric powers without a fruit.' and Niji thumps Ace so fucking hard for that.
Good!Yonji who finds his older brother and gets him out without Judge finding them but he can't get the helmet off of Sanji. Sanji keeps telling him not to worry about it because Sanji is his older brother and he's supposed to be protecting Yonji. Then they're found by the fishmen and brought to Fishman Island. Jinbei is of course startled by them but does quickly take to the boys and raises them. They're introduced to the royals and are welcomed to Fishman Island officially.
They both train in Fishman Karate and haki and everything become prodigies in their own right. They are pretty inseperable but Sanji insists he's going to find the All Blue and Yonji is more than happy to stay with Jinbei and help with the relations and politics. Yonji is doesn't know what to do when Jinbei is in prison and then he watches his brother's captain lose his brother without knowing where any of the crew is. When the Strawhats come by a couple years later Yonji rips Sanji to him with his winch hands and the crew is ready to fight despite Sanji trying to calm his younger brother down. Jinbei is trying to calm them down and Sanji is threatening to kick Yonji with fire.
It's a whole thing. The crew is very confused as Sanji is explaining to them that this is his little brother, yes he's taller, that's not something they're going to talk about. When they're done on the island and leaving they're waving and promising to see each other again. THen they find out about Sanji and the promise to help Luffy that Jinbei has they decide fuck it and go. When they arrive to help get them out the Vinsmokes are staring at them because unlike Niji, Yonji does not have a wanted poster and has stayed out of the news. So the other Vinsmokes are confused that he's there with Jinbei and calling him 'dad' with Sanji.
They join the crew and in Wano Sanji jokes that he has two moss patches to take care of now which makes both Zoro and Yonji go for him.
