Hi friends!!! I hope everyone had great holiday breaks!! Mine was good and relaxing! I started my break off strong with two good runs, but hen the weather took a FREEZING turn and I got a slight head cold 🤷🏼‍♀️ I did do a few good living room workouts ala Pinterest, which were good! I've actually been wanting to strength train (who am I?!) so I've been doing more of that in the past week. Hopefully I actually keep it up this time! 💪🏻 But besides workouts, break was great! I got to spend tons of time with scott and our families, which is always great. We didn't have much to do all of break, so it mostly consisted of just hanging out which was really nice! I also went wedding dress shopping and came sooo close to buying one. But decided to wait since I have so much time. But it was super fun!! 👰🏼 But I definitely feel recharged and ready to get back on track. Especially because I feel like I have become a Christmas cookie after this week 🍪I bought a lot of green things at the grocery store today, so diet reset starts now! I got back into town today and hit the gym too! I did 3 miles and a strength routine. I was alone in the gym to start, but then had 3 others by the time I left. Not bad! 🏃🏼‍♀️ And now I have to mentally prep for work tomorrow. Hopefully it's not too painful!
