But you’re really gonna have issues with Joe dating Edwina in the PAST when you also went off and got yourself into an entire MARRIAGE? You’re really gonna question whether he’s the reliable type because you both couldn’t do long distance during HIGHSCHOOL? When you both are still young and dumb and sorting yourselves out?

Joe out here dumped poor Edwina like a hot potato around a few days after you came back into town to be with you (which explains a good portion of why she’s so bitter at you outside of your cafe business. I do feel sorry for her), left his more stable corporate cafe job to come work at your still damaged place and is sticking by you despite the fact you are getting hounded by someone who is willing to cause property damage, blackmail and physical harm.

Yet you’re gonna turn around on all of that and be like “WAh! bUT! You dIdn’T WANna DO loNg disTAncE yeARs agO! THis is WHy mUM sAid reLATioNsHipS don’T WOrK!”

Everything thinks you’re overreacting because you ARE overreacting. Honestly, I also don’t understand how your cheating trauma relates to Joe right now. He didn’t even cheat! Like how high are your standards right now?
